Madam Pomfree sat on the chair Draco had been sat on and looked over at me. “I have some… good news” she smiled reassuringly. “What is it?” I asked as I looked over at her and frowned slightly to myself. “You’re pregnant” she replied as she watched me to see my reaction. I was too shocked to speak so I just looked at her before I felt tears sliding down my cheeks. “Draco’s going to leave me” I whispered more to myself than to her, though I knew she heard me. “I’m sure he won’t” she replied quietly as she tried to comfort me. “Would you like me to bring him back in?” she asked, I nodded and she went to get him, before he walked in I wiped the tears off my cheeks and acted calm, I wasn’t going to tell him. “What’s wrong with her?” he asked Madam Pomfree as he walked in. “I just have a stomach-ache, nothing to worry about” I replied, putting on a fake smile and glancing over at Madam Pomfree who frowned but then nodded when Draco looked at her. “Yeah, she must have eaten something that wasn’t too good” she replied and then went to leave. Truth be told, I felt horrible for lying to him but I couldn’t risk Draco finding out and leaving me. “Hm…” he replied, he didn’t believe me but he dropped it. “Ok, let’s get you back upstairs and to rest” he replied as he picked me up gently.
