Pros:
You don't live on the street; you don't pay expensive mortgage; you could meet friendly neighbors.
Cons:
Your neighbors getting freaky in bed and you can hear it; little children screaming at the pool; people walk past your window so you have no privacy; sometimes pets aren't allowed; you may end up with a one bedroom and have to share a room with your parent.
This is why I now want a mansion. Thank you.
