Vane's pov

" Lou it will be fine ". She nod's and smile's.

We reach the party and mingle with all my friend's. I keep hold of Lou's hand as we talk and laugh.

Lou's pov

I'm worried about this party. I'm in the bathroom, I have tried on a twelve dresses already. I put on my blood red dress it had a corset top that does up in the front with a long straight skirt.

I then put on the moon diamond necklace that Vane gave me a few day's ago. I add a little pale pink lipstick before exiting the bathroom.

I hear Vane shouting, am I ready yet. I take a deep breathe and step out Vane look's please as he see's the necklace which has been in his family for year's.

" How do I look Vane ". He smile's and says. " You looking stunning ". We then head down to the garden where his Father is waiting to celebrate our engagment.

As the party get under way I feel a little out of place as everyone here is werewolves. Vane keep's hold of my hand but as the night goes I, I drift off on my own.

 I walk over to the fountain, I spotted earlier today, when I was out with Vane. I sit on the edge looking at the crystal blue water. " Lou are you feeling alright ".

I look up and see Mannero. " I'm fine, just feeling a little out of place ". He look's around us. " Ah you mean all the werewolves ". I nod.

 " I'm sorry, I know this is your life and Vane's but, I don't fit in here ". He shake's his head at me. " Lou this is your home, as I hope you will bring my grandson here to see me ". I nod my head.

" Lou I have been looking for you ". I look up to see Vane. " What's wrong ". He bend's down and kisses me. " I was worried about you ". I smile and we go back to the party.

Vane's pov

I turn to ask Lou if she would like another drink but she is gone. I start to look for her but, I can't see her then one of my friend's tell's me they saw a young women heading to the fountain.

I run that way in hope of finding Lou there. I do and, I find her with my Father, I wonder if he is trying to get Lou to agree to stay here.

She is one women that can say no and mean it. " Lou I have been looking for you ". She look's up to me. " What's wrong ". I bend down and kiss her.

" I was worried about you ". She smile's and we go back to the party. I make sure she doesn't leave my side again all night.

We dance and kiss. I love her so much. My life would not be complete without her.

As the party wind's down me and Lou go in to the bedroom at my Father's house, this just happen's to be my old room.

I help Lou out of her dress, I slide my hand's down over the front of her dress. I slowly unhook the little eye hook's, as I do, I can feel her soft warm flesh.
