chapter twenty two

Lou's pov

I have just made love to vane and now I'm up and dressed and I have Meline up and feed.

I just have to wait for Vane to get up as we are going to Mannero's res as Vane call's it for the night as the wedding will be there tomorrow.

My Father think's that Mannero own's a huge estate, as I'm not sure it's a good Idea to tell him what Vane really is at the moment.

I know you may think I'm mad but my Father is a bit old fashioned and I don't want to push it and end up with him hating Vane and our daughter.

So now Vane is up we can get ready to leave our home and travel to Mannero's where we will sleep apart tonight and then marry in the morning.

Vane's pov

So now we are all in the car heading toward's Dad's res where we will be sleeping apart as my Father says we should stick to tradion and marry the right way.

Everyone has been told that Edward has no idea that we are shape shifting wolf's so tomorrow there will be no wolfing out in front of the bride's Father.

As we pull up at the main house I see my Father waiting to greet us, he shake's my hand and then goes and hug's Lou and they kiss on the cheek before Lou get Meline out of the back of the car and passes her to her Grandfather.

Dad smile's and hug's her, Meline gurgle's and pat's Dad's nose which make's me laugh.

" Why don't you go for a walk while I spend some time with my Granddaughter ". I nod and grab Lou's hand and head to the path going down to the lake.

" Vane come this way ". I frown but follow her lead through the tree's, only to find myself outside the old cottage I used to play in as a kid.

Though it is on my Father's land it's quite away from the rest of the house's and the main house. It also look's like it's been done up.

We walk inside and see the house has been redone and everything is new. I go upstair's and see the same thing here too there is three bedroom, a bathroom.

What would be the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Then it all fall's into place, I have been set up.

" Lou what is going on ". She come's into the bedroom smiling. " I think it would be nice if we all lived here ". I shake my head and go to walk out the room.

" Vane please think about it ". I shake my head again. " I don't need to the answer is no ".

Lou's pov

Hell he can be hard work at time's I will just have to work on him, Vane has left the room, so I strip down to my underwear and call to Vane.

" Vane can you come here please ". I only have to wait a few second's and vane walk's in the door. " What is it Lo... ". He smile's and shake's his head at me.

" Alway's trying that one when you don't get your own way ". I smile and he come's to me and we kiss we move to the king size bed and lie down.

I remove his clothes and he remove's my underwear and we make love before returning to the main house for dinner and then bed, tomorrow is my wedding day.

Vane's pov

I'm awake early as for some stupid reason I'm nervous as today is my wedding day, I look at the clock and see it's not that early, I have time for a run in wolf form before Lou's Father's arrive's.

I take off for a long run as I do this I feel free and not ashamed of the animal I am, I know Lou doesn't see me that way but I do when I'm around her.

I stop by the cliff and stare out at the valley below me, this is what it is like to be truely free and happy.

I would like to share it with Lou one day. I hear a Howl my sign to head back and shower before Edward arrive's to walk Lou down to me.

I get back and shower and change into my suit, well I'm ready to marry the girl of my dream's, that's funny as she was in my dream's.

I'm now standing at the alter waiting for Lou to come down to me, I then hear the music play which of course Lou chose for this day, the music is can you feel the love tonight.

I then see Lou she is in a long striaght cream dress with a matching veil.

She come's and stand's beside me.

Reverent Ellis's pov

I smile as I see the boy I knew finally settling down. Now it's time to marry him to his lovely bride.

" I call you all together to witness the marriage of Vane St John and Lou Blade ". I look to vane.

I, vane St John, take you Lou Blade to be my wife, my partner in life and my one true love. I will cherish our friendship and love you today, tomorrow, and forever. I will trust you and honor you I will laugh with you and cry with you. I will love you faithfully Through the best and the worst, Through the difficult and the easy. What may come I will always be there. As I have given you my hand to hold So I give you my life to keep So help me God.

I then turn to Lou.

I, Lou Blade, take you Vane St John, to be my husband, my partner in life and my one true love. I will cherish our friendship and love you today, tomorrow, and forever I will trust you and honor you I will laugh with you and cry with you. I will love you faithfully Through the best and the worst, Through the difficult and the easy. What may come I will always be there. As I have given you my hand to hold So I give you my life to keep So help me God.

I then say.

Entreat me not to leave you, or to return from following after you, For where you go I will go, and where you stay I will stay Your people will be my people, and your God will be my God. And where you die, I will die and there I will be buried. May the Lord do with me and more if anything but death parts you from me.

They both repeat this together, then Vane say's as he place's the gold ring on her finger.

Lou I give you this ring; wear it with love and joy. I choose you to be my partner, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better or for worse, for richer for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, as long as we both shall live.

She smile's and I say. " You may now kiss your bride ".

He lift's her veil and they kiss while every one cheer's and clap's.
