You won't believe your eyes.

The morning started like everyday. I put on my eyeglasses and got ready to walk to school. After a shower, I took my wet hair and put it in a pony tail high on my head. I threw on a hoodie and some shorts. I grabbed my bag and walked out of the door with my bagle in my hand.

Everything was so nice. Neighbors greated each other nicely, dogs didn't bark and bystanders, children didn't even cry. The kids played nice with each other and even said please and thank you. The sky was a bright blue color and the sun shone brightly in the sky. The air was warm-neither hot nor cold. Everything felt so perfect that it unsettled me. A shiver ran up my spine-a shiver of discomfort. A bike messanger rode by me, accidentally pushing me and knocking my glasses off of my face. I let out a grunt as I fell. As my glasses shattered against the ground. Everything changed.

I looked up. Nothing was even remotely the same. Fires were burning down buildings, people were fighting over money and killing and stealing, children were cursing, and the big man sat on his throne guiding us all towards anarchy. You chould hear women and children and even men screaming as they were attacked. The big man just said, "Don't be prmiscious." A molotov cocktail was tossed into another building filled with children. "Pay attention." An African American man was being attacked by a bunch of caucasian women. "Men are stronger than women. There's no such thing as racism here." The big man just seemed to be in denial as he drove the city to the ground and I just couldn't believe my eyes.
