Chapter 7-

(Y/N) POV

When everyone else woke up Kagome and I had already made something to eat. While she was getting a fire ready I was out hunting for some food. Which I luckily found some. I went to my backpack and grabbed a Hershey Bar out of it. I quickly ran up the closest tree and ate it without the others noticing. ' My Hershey's' not yours!' I thought to myself, yet smiling at the same time.

When I hopped back down, all the food I had gotten for everyone was gone. When the group finally took notice of me they all sweat-dropped. I giggled and told them it was alright. Hehe, good thing I ate that Hershey's... (A/n) I may or may not be hungry... Shhh, continue, please!

The group stayed sitting around the fire, while I was wondering around. It was a bit of a chilly day. I didn't really expect it. I was still in shorts and my short-sleeved shirt. I wasn't really cold, I just had a few shivers here and there...

Kagome walked up to me and said " Thanks for getting that meal for us...! Although we didn't save you any..." She said quite awkwardly...

Kagome's POV

As I thanked and apologized to (Y/n), I replayed how I said it in my mind... I mentally slapped myself just noticing how awkward I said it. (Y/n) was looking at me quite confused on how I said it. She just had that slight look of confusion in her eye.

I sighed. Trying to do it quietly, but (Y/n) heard. She laughed a little bit at my own understanding.

" Hey Kagome...?" She asked. " Yeah...?" I replied.

She looked serious, yet she seemed to try and hold back a laugh. She grabbed my hand and pulled me away from the group.

" Where are we going (Y/n)?" I ask slightly confused.

As if on cue she stopped not too far away, but at ears distance so that none of them could hear us talk. She looked at me with a serious look then spoke. " Do you like Inu~Yash~A...?" She asked with such a curious, sing-song tone.

I looked at her dazed by the question and noted what she had just asked me. I then blushed, putting a dang tomato to shame. ' Darn you face, why do you betray me?!' I thought to myself. While I was spaced out for a while longer I looked back at (Y/n), to see her laughing her butt off.

I guess I earned that, shortly after my face calmed down, we both started laughing our butts off. Bringing our selves to tears!
