(Y/n) POV I woke up to the sound of birds chirping and the bright sun shining through the door. I tried sitting up only to see I'm being held by Inuyasha. I smiled and kissed his cheek. I looked around not seeing anyone and touched my side, I yelped in slight pain, which seemed to wake Inuyasha up. He looked at me with happy eyes and smiled seeing I was ok. I smiled as well and he kissed me, which lasted for a while. He finally broke the kiss and got up. He looked down at me as I sat up. "You must be hungry." He said. I nodded and he went to make something, or at least grab something from my bag. He handed me a small box of cereal, that I brought with me last time I left. I mean... Why wouldn't I have cereal? (*laugh*) I said a quick thank you and started eating. After I was full, I got up and put the box in my bag. We heard someone coming towards the house. It was Kagome. She smiled happily and ran over to hug me seeing that I was up. She didn't hug me too tightly, I mean... I may be in love with her crush and him in love with me... And ya know, we kiss-.... Anyway! We're still friends!! I smiled and hugged her back.
"So... He's gone now, along with all the danger?" Kagome said. "The danger is never gone.." I said. "Naraku was just one of the many problems," Inuyasha commented.
We all nodded. We were all happy to just have each other.

Kagome and I made a fire and sat around it. We didn't know where the others were, but we figured they were off exploring still. Kagome sooner or later fell asleep and Inuyasha came over and sat closer to me. Hugging me tightly. I smiled and leaned into the hug. He had something on his mind, I could tell by the protective way he was hugging me he finally said something. I yawned and he said it quite quickly.
"Will you be my girlfriend?" He asked quite nervously. "Yes!" I said excitedly, but tiredly.
He smiled at me and I soon fell asleep, dreaming happily... And thinking... Of our next adventure!
