I heard from a person who has the same teacher as me that we are going to have to dance for a grade in computer science (it's some drug awareness thing). Help me! I can't dance in front of people and it's a major trigger for my anxiety. I don't want to go! I'm scared. I can't dance for my life. I don't know what to do. Help! I'm shaking a little bit and I'm panicking. The class is an hour and a half too! I think it's a participation grade but I don't know.
