I just want to take a few moments to say how sorry I am for not being the most active person on earth. When school ends, I usually try to finish my homework and update, but I wasn't able to do that anymore, because I decided that I wanted to be a part in the musical.
When I tried out, I really didn't think I was going to win, but apparently they liked my singing and recruited me to be the ensemble. The good thing is, I'm officially done, so I'm able to go back into updating my books. I hope you'll look up to that!

Lucy's POV:
"It's getting dark, Natsu," I said as I pointed to the night sky. I love the color of the early nighttime sky. I could see a swarm of purple and pink lighting up the whole world. I also love the sunset. Orange and yellow. The two colors that shine before the sun goes down.
"Not just yet, I heard that they're setting up a festival to celebrate the king's birthday. I heard he took the throne when he was sixteen and is now turning twenty. I wonder what happened to his father." I shrugged my shoulders and looked around to find people setting up different kinds of booths. It was all new to me.
"This might sound stupid, but what's a festival?" I asked Natsu.
"Ooh, I know! Is it where people gather up and eat fish all day?" Petunua said unsurely.
"Not exactly. I'll show you." Natsu took my hand and showed me the festival. I could see people with their family and friends, enjoying this fun event. There were so many stands that I just couldn't pick. They all looked amazing.
"Let's go to a stand that has fish!" Petunia exclaimed. Approving her request, Natsu spotted a fish stand nearby. We walked to the stand and there were several kinds of fish swimming in a gigantic fish bowl.
"I'll take... this one," I told the owner. The man nodded and scooped up the tiny fish. He filled a small fishbowl with water and plopped the fish in. He handed it to me and I stared at it in awe. We walked away from the stand and Petunia looked hungrily at the fish.
"Can I eat it?" She asked in a pleading tone.
"No, Petunia. This fish stays alive. Got it?" Petunia sadly sighs, but obeyed my wish. I gave her a pat on the head and kept moving forward. It was three hours before midnight and I could hear music playing from afar. I took Natsu's hand and ran to the music. I was mesmerized to have found people dancing to the music.
"Would you do me the honor of being my dance partner?" Natsu asked. He extended his hand and I took it with a smile on my face. I was aware that I left the fish with Petunia, but I was too excited to care. I never danced before and it looked like fun.
Natsu bowed and we both got into dancing position. I never knew how close we had to be to dance. I avoided eye contact with him and stared down at his feet. I tried to trace his footsteps as we danced to the soft, gentle music, but it didn't work out so well. I kept stepping on his toes and tripping over him, but he didn't mind. We were laughing and that was a sigh of happiness. I was happy to be dancing with Natsu.
Sometimes it's fun to look around and explore things you never seen before in your life. Other times, you just want to cuddle up in your bed and have a nice, long sleep. The dance ended and it was getting really late at night. We still haven't found a place where we could spend the night. I was carrying Petunia in my arms, so it made it harder for me to stand up straight. Natsu was holding the fish, which I was grateful for.
While searching endlessly for a place to stay, I spotted an inn not too far from us. I tapped Natsu's shoulder and I pointed to where the inn was. We both walked into the inn and were greeted by a young lady and her daughter. They both seemed friendly. We paid for our room and she gave us our room key. I took the key and the both of us headed to our designated room.
I unlocked the door and I immediately went for the bed. Natsu placed the fishbowl on the counter and gave it some food. There were two individual beds, so Natsu took the other one, which was not occupied by me. I set a fluffy pillow down and placed Petunia on it, so she could sleep comfortably. I went inside my bed sheets and closed my eyes, but I couldn't go to sleep. I kept tossing and turning, trying to find a good position to sleep in.
Natsu noticed that I wasn't getting any sleep and decided to shake my arm. I turned over to his side and he casted a heartwarming smile at me. I sat up straight and Natsu sat at the other side of my bed. I hate that feeling when you're really tired, but you couldn't go to sleep. It's horrible.
"When I was little and I have trouble sleeping, my mom would always tell me bedtime stories. Would you like me to tell you one?" Natsu asked. I tiredly nodded my head and Natsu chuckled at my sleepy behavior.
"Can you continue the story about the prince?" I requested. Natsu nodded and cleared his throat before telling the tale.
"As the prince kept traveling far and wide, he stumbled upon what looked like an abandoned castle. He was curious as to what it is. The only entrance he was able to see was a window at the very top of the castle. He climbed up very gently and opened the window to get through. There, he saw a woman with ridiculously long hair about to hit his face with a porcelain plate. He was about to duck, but he too late. The prince passed out on the floor, unaware of what was going on." Natsu finished his story and I was on the verge of drifting off to sleep.
Natsu noticed how tired I was and paused the story. He stroke my long, blonde hair and stared at my sleepy face. He chuckled silently and leaned in closer to give me a gentle kiss on the forehead. Satisfied, I closed my eyes and fell into deep slumber.
"Sweet dreams, Lucy..."

Next Update: When I have time...
Again, I'm sorry that this is short. I'll make it longer next time! I wasn't in the writing mood all that much, because I really wanted to read stories that people made from Wattpad. A lot of which I liked. Thanks for being patient with me. You guys are awesome!
