I've been friends with the amazingly awesome BTR boys for years now. I've been best friends with Kendall for about three years now and I couldn't be happier. He was such a sweetheart and a great best friend. I couldn't ask for more. People always encouraged us to date, but I only saw Kendall as a friend and nothing more. I bet he felt the same way because he always acts goofy around people he likes, but not with me. James, Logan, Carlos, and I have been waiting forever in the dressing room while Kendall pees. Unfortunately, Kendall takes the longest pees in the word which leaves me alone with the boys.
"So you and Kendall? Item? I think yes!" Logan asks, nudging me.
"For the last time Logan, no. We are just friends and that's all we're going to be," I respond being more bummed as the words escape from my lips.
"Come on!" Carlos shouts. "We see the way he looks at you. It's love."
"You're bluffing," I say twirling my long hair.
"He's actually not. He always stares at you and talks about you. You've already put him in the dark friend zone, so he probably thinks you'll reject him if he ever does confess his feelings. As much as you hate to admit it, he likes you."
Hate to admit it? Hell, I wanted to hear that now. I never really noticed how much I love Kendall, just not as a best friend anymore. Something more than that.
"What'd I miss?" Kendall enters the medium sized room, zipping up his pants .
"Nothing!" I answer. James,Logan, and Carlos all give me the face as I blush as red as a tomato.
"Well, her and I are going to cut this short and head off for a while." I look at him like he's crazy. "Surprise." I nod.
All the boys laugh and nudge each other, making bets on who's going to make the first move. I get annoyed real quickly. Can they make it any more obvious? I can't tell them anything. At least they all look cute while tattletaling.
"We're just two friends best friends. Calm down," Kendall assures them. You sigh quietly to yourself, only if he knew. Only if I could tell him easily.
