He Was Back At It Again|Daniel Lara (Damn Daniel)

Chapter 2

Daniel's POV (From when he walked in class)

I was looking for my first period and got a little lost. I heard the bell ring. I didn't want to be late everyone is really gonna look at me when I walk in the class. After a few minutes I had finally found the class and took a deep breath before i put my hand on the door. I pushed it open and immediately felt embarrassed when i saw a girl towards the back chuckle at me.

 She was hot even though you could tell it was one of her "i don't care days". She still looked beautiful. I locked eyes with her. It felt like an hour. In that moment I wanted to know everything about her.  But first I walked over the teacher. He was a really funny looking person. I handed him my schedule so he could make sure I was in the right class. He asked what my name was, I told him and he welcomed me. He pointed me to an empty seat next to the beautiful girl.

 "The luckiest seat in the class, next to Janet. She's a smart girl." he said.  It was indeed the luckiest seat. I sat down and looked at her smiled and then looked away quickly. 

"Okay students get your science books out." I saw her out of the corner of my eye. I could tell she was thinking about something. I sat through the rest of that class clueless of what to do. At my old high school we weren't as far ahead.

 Diiiiiiiiiiing! 

The bell rang and I got my stuff and proceeded to leave. Janet started walking out but then she got stopped by Mr.Shamn. I tried to listen in on the conversation. He had just told her to see him after school. Guess who would be in Mr.Sham's after school. Me, that would be my chance to met her. Janet came out of the class a few seconds later. she started walking away but I tapped her shoulder. She turned around immediately and had wide eyes.

Janet's POV

I felt tap on my shoulder and I turned around. It was Daniel 

"Hey.", Daniel said. "Uhhm.", I was about to say 'Hey' back until i realized that i hadn't put on any makeup and I looked terrible. I turned around and walked away so fast so that he wouldn't even bother chasing after me or calling my name. That was awkward .

My friends were having conversations and eating and stuff but I couldn't help but stare at Daniel. He was hanging out with this senior, Josh. Josh had blonde hair and blue eyes he looked like the surfer type. He was pretty cute. Lucky him. Daniel took a quick glance at me and I looked away. I hope he didn't notice that I was staring. I got up to throw away the food that I didn't eat. When I looked up he was right there. He must of been watching my every move or something.

"Hey, we never got to talk earlier." he said in a cute voice. 

"Sorry, maybe tomorrow.", I said and quickly walked away. I looked back and he was still standing there with his hands in his pocket. I hoped he didn't think that I didn't  like him and was avoiding him. Because boy, did he look cute!

SKIP TO END OF SCHOOL

The bell rang for the end of school. I headed to Mr.Shamn's class. I didn't really want to go but i needed to. I wanted to talk to him about my grade. I currently had a B+, That wasn't good enough for me. I like A's. I may not look or act like the nerdy type but I have dreams. As soon I opened the door I see Daniel talking to Mr.Shamn. While they talked I listened. Daniel was asking for some help from someone so he can catch up in the class. Mr.Shamn told him to wait a second while he talked to me. "Hello Janet, I noticed that your grade is a B+ and that's not like you...". 

"I know so much has been going on, is there anyway I can get it to an A before third quarter ends.", I said making my words sound pleasing and worried. 

"Hmm.", he picked up his pen and tapped it on his desk. 

"Lets see , you want your grade up and you want tutoring." he said looking at me then at Daniel.  

"Okay Janet, i'm assigning you to tutor Daniel for 1 month. That way you can get your grade up ," he looks at me. 

"And you can get your tutoring.", he looks at Daniel. We agreed, he wrote down his address and number.

 He winked and said "See you tomorrow." then walked out. I had to stop myself from blushing.

I must be the luckiest girl on the planet.
