Chapter 3

Yippie! I finally had time to update. Sorry for taking so long. I got inspired to write because a girl in the comments said she liked it already so ENJOY!

THE NEXT DAY 

Janet's P.O.V

I woke the next morning eager to get to school. Not like i like Daniel or anything pshh. Today was our our first session of tutoring. I was kind of nervous. I was smart of course but I never really taught anyone. I made sure to dress super cute because I kind of looked mummy yesterday and first impressions are everything. I wore a grayish white shirt with Bart from The Simpsons on a skateboard, white ripped skinny jeans and some red hightop converse. Simple but cute. I called Erika to pick me up again and a she agreed. I really should start giving her gas money lol. I did my hair in two french braids. Just as I was doing my winged liner I hear her car horn. I grabbed my stuff and ran out the door and hopped in the car.

"Hey" she said a little too happy for it to be this early in the morning.

"Hey thanks for the ride again."

"Np. So whats with the cute outfit, finally taking tips from me?"

"If I were taking tips from you, I would look like a parade float."

"Duh, everyone looks at parade floats."

She went on talking about all of the cute outfits she has but I really wasn't listening. Thankfully school wasn't far finally got to school. I got out and headed to my first class.I couldn't stop thinking Daniel all day. We didn't speak just waved as we passed each other in the hallway. The day just blew by and the end of the day was already here. I asked Erika if she could take me to Daniel's house. She agreed probably only because she wanted to ask me a bunch of questions about him. We got in her car and headed over. I texted Daniel to let him know that I was on my way.

Me: 

Hey Daniel. Im on my way to ur house for tutoring.

Daniel:

Okay, can't wait to get my learning on.

I smiled at his text.

"Soooo this Daniel guy.....Is he cute?"

"Erika don't you have a boyfriend!?"

"Yes, and my boyfriend would appreciate my good taste in guys." 

"Look, im just going to tutor him so my grade will go up okay? Nothing more , nothing less"

"Fine. I wont say anything else." She pretended to zip he lips and for the rest of the ride she was quite.

We pulled up in front of Daniel's house and I got out thanked her for the ride. I walked up to the door adjusted my clothes , took a deep breath and rang the doorbell.He answered right away.

"Hey, come on in." he said

He looked so good in his white Stussy shirt, jeans and white vans. He had a nice house too. As he was leading me to his room, I noticed that the house seemed empty and quiet. 

"Are you parents here?" i asked

"No, they are out doing something, not sure what."

Smooth move Daniel, smooth move. His room was not even messy surprisingly. It was pretty nice. I sat at his desk and Daniel sat on his bed and opened his backpack to get his book. I did the same

"So where did you leave off at your old school?"

"Okay well uhm....I think... it was the U.S constitution but Im not sure."

"Well this is gonna be harder than i thought." We both laughed.

"You know what would make this easier." He said. "If we got to know each other a little better and forget about the tutoring." he chuckled and closed his book .

"Hmmm, okay fine but only for today. Tomorrow we are back at me tutoring you."

"Okay!" he said. I got up and moved from the desk and sat on the bed facing him.

"So what do you want to know?"

"Well, are you single?"

"Wow you waste no time." I joked. "But yes I am."

"Your kidding right because you are way too pretty."

I was not really the pretty or popular one. So that made me all warm inside. I found myself developing feelings for him which is weird because this is the first full conversation we have had. I looked down and blushed and murmured a thanks. When I looked back up, he was so close that our lips brushed together.

Daniel's P.O.V 

I got a text from Janet telling me she was on her way. I straightened my room a bit to make a good impression. My parents weren't home which was good so that they won't embarrass me. I heard the doorbell ring. I ran to the door and fixed my hair, took a deep breath then answered.

"Hey, come in." I said

She looked so beautiful . She was looking around as I led her to my room.

"Are your parents home?" she asked 

"No, there out doing something not sure what."

We got out our books and started. She asked me where I left off at my old school. I told her but was not really sure.

"Well, this is gonna be harder than i thought." she said and we both laughed.

She even laughed cute. Gosh I think Im falling for her and i barely even know her. I got to get to know her better.

"You know what would make this easier, If we got to know each other better.?"

She agreed and came and sat on the bed next to me.

I asked her if she was single. She said yes. SCORE! I silently yelled in my head. I smiled, i kinda couldn't believe it.

"Your kidding right because you are way to pretty." i replied.

She looked down and blushed. She smiled and i saw her dimple. She's so cute. I leaned in toward he and when she looked back up, our lips were touching.
