Chapter 8

FOLLOW ME PLZZ!!!!

SORRY IF THIS IS A SHORT BORING CHAPTER IT GETS BETTER I PROMISE!!!!!

I had just got home from meeting with Austin. I went to the bathroom and looked at myself. My eyes were red. I rubbed my face with cold water. I can't believe  Austin made me cry. I loved Austin but now I love Daniel. I'm in a better relationship now where me and Daniel have time for each other. I still stood there looking in the mirror. I looked a mess. I shouldn't have cried in front of him. He probably looks at me like I'm weak. Now I had to decide if I was gonna tell Daniel about our little meet up at Starbucks. He's probably gonna find out anyway. I mine as well get it over with. I went back to the living room and waited for Daniel. A few minutes later he came in.

"Hey baby, Im back.Why are you watching the tv that's not on?" he chuckled and sat next to me on the couch

"Hey." I said quietly.

"Whats wrong? Why are you eyes red, have you been crying?" he asked , put his arm around me and wiped my face with his thumb.

"Nothing, I just meet up with Austin today at a Starbucks and he starte-." he cut me off, whats up with people doing that to me lately.

"What the hell? Janet you know how i feel about him." he yelled and got up from the couch. "Why would you meet up with him. How did he even get your number?"

"Josh gave it to him and I didn't want to just say no okay.!! I was trying to be nice. All we did was talk." i raised my voice a little louder and stood up too.

"Does anything i say matter Janet? Does it?" he asked.

"I DID THIS FOR ME OKAY. I COULDN'T JUST LET LIFE GO ON WITH THAT WEIGHT ON MY CHEST!!!!!!!MAYBE YOU COULD BE A LITTLE MORE CONSIDERATE AND NOT BE SO JEALOUS ALL THE TIME. NOT EVERYBODY WANTS TO TAKE ME FROM YOU OKAY!!!!" I yelled as loud as I could.

"I'm a guy. I know what guys think, they'll say that they only want to be friends but really they want you." he tried to grab my waist but i pulled away. Great my ex and my boyfriend both make me cry in one day. I put my head down.

"Okay fine you win. I won't talk to him." I lied. I didn't want to be unfaithful to Daniel but he was being unfair. I was still gonna be Austin's friend. Not just for Austin's sake but for mine.

"Thank you." he kissed me but I didn't kiss back.

"Stop being so mad all the time" he joked and walked towards the back of the apartment.

"That'll be $19.40" i said to the customer.

"20 cents is your change. Have a nice day." I handed them their receipt.

Finally. Time to get off of work. I clocked out and headed to the parking. As soon as I was about to get in my car. A car parked next to me. Well what do you know its Austin. He noticed me and got out.

"Hey Janet. It's nice to see you again. Ya know even though i saw you yesterday." he smiled and I laughed a little.

"So how did Daniel handle us being friends." i took a deep breath before answering.

"He uhm, he doesn't want us to be friends actually I told him that I would not be friends with you but I'm still gonna be." he just looked down.

"Janet I dont want any problems I-"

"Don't worry about it, its fine, I'm doing this for me." it was quiet, to break the silence i said:

"What are you doing here?" i smiled. Austin looked really good today his dark brown hair in his face. His smile. His deep voice, along with the way that his dark blue eyes looked in the sun. I couldn't help but fall in love like I did in high school. I had to remind myself that I was dating Daniel. Then I came back to reality.

"I just came to get a couple of snacks for me, Josh and a couple of friends were just hanging out."

"That's cool. Hey! you should have Josh text Daniel to come over and hang out."

"I don't know about that."

"Please, I want some time to hang out with my friend."he looked hesitant.

"Fine. I'll do it."he said finally giving in. Truth is I really don't have friends anymore I just wanted to see if maybe Daniel and Austin could get along.

"Thank you I gotta go bye." I said like I was in a hurry. I got in my car and pulled off before he could say anything else.

When i arrived at home Daniel was getting dressed.

"Hey babygirl, how was work?" He kissed my cheek.

"It was great. Where you going?" i asked like I didn't know.

"Josh texted me to come hang out with him and some friends. So I gotta go. Bye." he kissed me and rushed out of the door. As soon as I heard the car pull away I texted my friend Andrea. I decided to get in contact with old friends.

TO Andrea:

Hey it been a while, you wanna come over ;)

FROM Andrea:

Yeaaaah text me the addy babe.

TO Andrea:

**** **** ****** ******

FROM Andrea: Okay thxs See ya in a little.
