He Was Back At It Again|Daniel Lara (Damn Daniel)

Chapter 9

 This is kind of a boring filler chapter ITS KINDA CORNY LOL

Daniel's P.o.v

I drove to the address it wasn't far. As I was walking up the stairs to the apartment I could already hear loud music playing. I knocked on the door, waited and no one answered. I knocked again, harder this time. I heard someone yell then the door opened. It was Josh who answered .

"Wassup man, glad you could make it." he basically yelled. He seemed drunk. He pulled me in the apartment anyways. 

I walked in and there were about 20 people. It smelled like sweat really bad in there . That may not seem like a lot but it's a small apartment. When I walked in all eyes were on me. I instantly could tell that everyone is drunk and I wanted to join. I squeezed my way through the people without saying a word. When I made it to the kitchen I grabbed a red cup and poured myself something to drink. I took a sip. Vodka. No mixers. It was a strong drink and kinda burned. I planned on having a good time tonight. I leaned against the kitchen counter then a girl with light blue eyes walked up to me.

"Damn Daniel .Hey." she yelled over the loud music and we both laughed. She had an empty shot glass in her hand. I took a sip of my drink before answering.

"Hey. People still say that?" i said and chuckled.

"It never gets old. Cool kickback huh?' she asked. and smiled

"Its alright. Wish I knew the people here. I only know Josh." i replied.

"Me too only here because of my older brother." she said. I could tell that the shot she was holding was probably all she has had. She put it down. We kept on talking about some random stuff just to keep the convo going. Then my phone started ringing. It was Janet of course. I answered.

"Hey babe." i said and plug one ear so I could hear her.

"Hey how's it going?" she asked.

"Im good babe, I'll call you when I'm leaving I can barely hear you."

"Kay. Mwuah Bye." she said.

"Sorry about that." I said and she just smiled. It was an awkward silence until she said.

"How long have you guys been together?" she asked. I never said I had a girlfriend but she got the hint from the phone call.

"Uhm almost 2 years." i replied. By now I was done with my cup. I filled it up again. 

"Oh." she said and looked down. I looked away from her and saw him. Austin was walking up to us. I took another sip. I was gonna need it.

"Hey....Is it Daniel? Nice to see you again." he said but I could tell he didn't really mean it. I didn't say anything back. I was a little pissed about him and Janet meeting up. He continued anyway.

"I see you've meet my sister." he lifted his cup and pointed at the girl that Iv'e been talking to. I never even asked her name. Wtf? Sister?

"Yeah kinda." i replied and stood up straighter. I couldn't believe it. He's probably gonna think I'm trying to get at her.

"Well I'ma go." she said and walked away. I started to put the pieces together. He obviously sent her over to me. He knew I was drinking. Drinks and girls that aren't your girlfriend don't mix at all. Probably trying to make me cheat on Janet.

"I have a beautiful sister. Wouldn't want any fuck boys with her." he said and chuckled a little but nothing was funny he was just trying to make me mad. I put my drink down. I didn't plan on drinking anymore anyways.

"Oh No " i said sarcastically " 'cause they might end up meeting up with their ex girlfriend and try to get back with them." I replied. He laughed.

"Just to let you know she's the one who agreed to come, I didn't force her." he said and shrugged his shoulders.

"You knew she was dating me! So texting her in the first place was out of line!" i shouted this time. A couple of heads turned our way.

"I could've done a lot more things to her that were out of line." he said and that's when I lost it. I pushed him back. He wasn't expecting that and stumbled back. I walked towards him and punched him in the jaw. By this time people figured out what was happening. Josh ran up and held me back while others held Austin back. I already knew that me and Josh's friendship was probably over. He didn't talk to me at all during the party. What was I supposed to do.

"DON"T EVER TALK TO JANET AGAIN!" i yelled over Josh's shoulder and pushed my way through to the door and left. I started to walk to my then I realized that I couldn't drive, I drank a little too much. I pulled my phone out of my pocket and called Janet. She answered right away.

"Hey"

"Hey um can you come pick me up? Iv'e had a little too much to drink." I said itching my head.

"Yeah sure." she said. I gave her the address and waited for her to get here. I would come get my car in the morning, I didn't want to chance it. I could still hear the music playing loudly. I should've known he would be there. After all these thoughts going through my head and time passing by Janet finally got here. She pulled up in her matte black Jeep. I got in the car anxious to get out of here. I leaned over and kissed her cheek.

"How was the party?" she asked doing a little dance. Lol she's cute.

"It was good." i replied. I decided to not tell her what happened. I didn't want her to worry. She didn't say anything else and neither did I. I didn't want to slip and say the wrong thing because I was kinda drunk. I just watched my beautiful girlfriend quietly sing to her favorite song : 'Rear view' by Zayn. She listened to it so much I even knew some of the lyrics. I didn't want her to ever leave me. I love her. 

I'm gonna be editing and detailing all of the chapters so you may want to read them again if you want. I also just realized that it has been 1 month since I started this story so YAY! lols. Love you lots. 650 reads in a month. That's pretty good ;)
