The dim lighting of June long past
The pictures flying by.
Days I once held dear fade
People I once held close push away
Stop stop stop.
Take me back and hold me
Don't forget my face
Even in bad days
Scream scream scream.
Though I know it's a lie
Please show me you care
And that I'm not a useless storm
Break. Break. Break.
Take me away from whatever pain I felt
Hold me and tell me I'm not alone
Let me know you care.

Invisible Papercuts
PoetryA small book of poems. Some can be very triggering. I write mostly free verse. If you don't like it, don't read it. All of these are fueled from conversations I've had or things I've felt. In Honor of my Uncle.
