"I'm not as drunk as you think I am" a raspy voice called from the hallway before it was followed by a large bang. Phil rolled his eyes before picking the shaggy 6 foot figure from the floor tiles. "Oh my god" his tipsy boyfriend exclaimed as he took his place in the crease on the sofa. "What's wrong?" Phil asked in reply, worried Dan had done something dumb like forgetting his phone or losing a shoe whilst out. "This looks like my flat!" He gasped, before bursting out in a intoxicated giggle. "Daaann" Phil whined, trying not to slip and join into the laughter. "You're not Phil though" Dan smirked, head sideways as he crossed his arms in a matter of factly way. "Oh really?" Phil replied, grabbing a mug from the table before them. "If you were Phil you would've kissed me by now" Dan closed his eyes before breaking into a coughing fit and leaning into Phils lap. "Not when you're breath smells like that, Danny" Phil replied, pushing him away, but still keeping his hand firmly around Dan's waist to signify his delight at the request. "Coffee?" He asked, his eyes looking up to the brown blood shot ones. "Pffft, na. Straight to bed I'm out of it" Dan admitted, hand sleepily intertwined with Phil's fingers. Phil smiled a little before feeling a small tug, Dan had retired to the carpet. "Dan, that's not the bed" Phil said quietly into his ear, taking his place on the floor next to Dan. "Aw, really?" he replied, scrunching his nose in disappointment. It took several attempts to get Dan to stand up, never mind reaching the bedroom. "Oooh, looky we're here" he said hastily before jumping into the covers. "This is mine" Phil stated, trying to lug him from the colourful quilt. "Dan..?" Dan buried himself into the blanket. "We can share" he giggled again, it was like settling a 6 year old girl down. "You're drunk" Phil replied, ready to turn the light switch back on. Dan rustled but didn't respond. "Dan?" Phil reached over and saw the familiar face, so much more attractive when you minus the boozed up eyes. In all fairness Phil had always insisted that Dan was a pretty sleeper. Phil gave in and adjusted the pillow around the still bundle of bedding, before leaving the room. Phil removed the sweaty fringe from Dan's forehead and shook his own head. Reminding himself not to have a beer with Dan anytime soon. He gently pecked his salty cheek before grinning and shutting the bedroom door.
