chapter 29: meeting again

Lore's P.O.V.

When I walked to her room I knew there was no way I could turn back now. I had to do this. This was final, I couldn't stop now. I had to see her. It was now or never.

"You can go in. I'll wait outside." Lily offered. "Okay thanks!" I said and smiled at her.

I opened her door and I saw her sitting on the hospital bed with Louis sitting on the chair next to her. They were talking and every once and awhile she would smile at him. I missed her so much, I always knew there was a point where I would see her again, but I never expected it would be now, in a hospital.

Seeing her made me realize how much I actually missed her these past weeks.

After watching her for a couple more minutes, I steppes forward, so they could see me.

Sofie's P.O.V.

"I'm so happy you're okay!" Louis said.
I chuckled "I'm really fine Louis, you shouldn't worry so much!" I said, how did I become so lucky to get him as boyfriend? "You're in a freaking hospital sofie!" He said. "Sooo? You're point being?" I asked, teasing him. "You're so weird sof." He answered, laughing. "But you llooveeeee meeeh don't deny it!" I said, winking at him. "I do" he answered.

Right at that moment I saw a figure walking forward, till I could fully see her.

"L-lore?!" Me and Louis said together.

Why was she here? I almost gave the hope up to ever see her again. She was here! She was here! I kept saying this in myself. She was really here.

Only after standing there a couple of minutes I noticed how much she changed the past weeks, she looked the same but different at the same time. We looked at each others like we
were strangers, and I guess that hurt the most.

"You're here! You came back! This is not happening, Louis tell me this is real! This can't be happening." I rambled, looking at Louis. See I knew I didn't imagine seeing her! She looked exactly the same as the day before! I just knew it!

He didn't answer, Lore looked at me, and just said "I'm really here." I smiled, she walked to me.

Right before she was with me, Louis stopped her. What the hell is he doing?

"What are you doing here??! Why did you come back?" He asked, his voice strong and mad.

Hurt, guilt and fear flashed in Lore's eyes. "I j-just.. I wanted to know if she's okay, I'm just worried" she quietly answered.

"Oh so now you're worried? Haven't you already done enough? You shouldn't have come! What are you going to do now huh? Leave again? Hurt us all again? Running away from you're problems? Hurting sofie?" He asked her. She didn't answer but she looked like she wanted to cry.
