I watch as Terin and Sarea sail away; their boat looks very small, but I know that Dujuik used his gift to provide some extra room. The boat is equipped with everything they need to survive until they reach land: non-perishable foods, clean water, extra sets of clothes, and supplies for the boat such as oars for paddling and a compass and map for navigation. I wasn't surprised when Terin wanted to leave, after all, he barely knew us and had no reason to stay. However, I've known Sarea for years, and while she has never refused an adventure, I never thought she would want to leave. They'll make a good team, though, and the rest of us will be enough to aid in rebuilding what the Ferse have destroyed. Zhea draws their departure as the boys wave enthusiastically as they squint to see if Sarea is waving back. GOODBYE AND GOODLUCK, WEQULINE Sarea messages me. TO YOU AS WELL I respond as their boats sails completely out of vision and Sarea cuts off the message.
