Chapter 5

SELENA'S POV: (He leans in for a kiss, but I backs away.-"Wait, Nick. Us? It can't happen." I said.

-" Wh-What's wrong? Of course it can. You're here.We can be together. And now that I know that you love me too-"

-" I don't." I interrupt him.

-"What?"

-"Love you. I don't. I'm sorry. You said I would always be in your heart and... That is too cruel a fate. Go live your life. Live it without me – because there is no place for us together – and fill your heart with love for someone else.... Maybe Demi. Someone who can love you the way I never have – the way I never will." I said. I give him back his letter and I walk away, holding back my tears.)

This moment keeps coming back to me in my dreams. No matter how much it hurt...I had to say goodbye. My Aunt Hales has cancer so we're moving to Texas, She'll get the help she needs there. I had to say goodbye to Nick. If I fall more in love with him, It'll be much harder to say our goodbyes. I haven't even told Joe yet. I hope he doesn't take it bad.

--At School--

I Open my locker and I see Nick walk past with Demi..He didn't even look at me. It was as if I was a stranger. I guess he's probably mad. He has every right to be.

-"So tell me again, why you aren't with Nick?" Joe asked

-"I didn't tell you"

-"Then tell me now" He says

-"It's non of your business." I said closing my locker.

-"Fine....be mean... Still up for movie night?" He asked

-"Sure." I look at him. I know I have to tell him. It's Tuesday and Im leaving on Friday.

-". I gotta tell you something.."

-"Hey Joe, so I was wondering if you wanted to be my Lab partner" Debby rudly interrupted me.

-"Sure." Joe replied.

-"Great! see you around" She says leaving.

-"Joe, You don't take Bio" I said.

-"I do for her"

-"What about taylor?"I asked.

-"She's not as nice as I thought, actually she's not nice at all." He replied.

-"Anyways. You wanted to tell me something?"He asked.

(Bell rings)

-"Tell you Tonight, kay?" I said walking to class. Hope he takes the news of me moving away well.

END OF SELENA'S POV

-"Hey Joe" Demi said.

-"Hey"

-"How are you?" She asked

-"I'm fine?"He said Un-interested.

-"I have two tickets to "ColdPlay" If you want to go?"She asked.

-"Your giving me the tickets?"He asked

-"Well..yeah. I know that that's your favorite band." She replied. She hands him the tickets.

-"Wow! thanks. Debby is going to love this!"He said excitedly.

-"Debby?"She asked sadly.

-"Yeah. Im kinda crushing on her...Wow. Thanks Demi. Your not as self-centered as I thought." He says walking away.

Demi slightly smiles,Trying to hold back the tears.

NICK'S POV: It's 8:45pm and every minute,every second I think about Selena. I can't seem to get her off my mind. I invited Demi over for a Movie Night. I need a distraction from Selena. And I remember Demi and I use to have such fun Movie Nights. Hope I don't kill the mood with my emotions. Sounds lame, I know. Finally Demi's here. We both lay on my bed with 2 giant bowls of popcorn and 2 2liters of Dr.Pepper and 3 bottles of Vodka. Lets get this party started.
