Chapter 11

Nick's Pov: I rush over to Selena's hoping she's home from work. I don't know what i'm thinking. Selena doesn't see me like that anymore. But I can't get over her. Her eyes. Her hair. Her smile. I love everything about her and this morning just proved that I still love her and she might still like me. I should've kissed her. But why didn't I? I'm a block away from Sel's house and my heart is racing as I get closer and closer. I suddenly stop a few houses away. I drive to the left side an put my car in Park. I notice Selena....and Olivia????????? Talking????????? What are they doing??? what's going on?? I wait a few minutes in the car just long enough for Olivia to leave. I immediately get out and run towards Selena's house as soon as Olivia drove off. I take a deep breath. And knock 3 times.

-"Nick!..what are you doing here?" She said answering the door.

-"Can I come in?" I ask.

-"I don't think that's a good idea." She answers.

-"Whatever Olivia told you.."

-"Where you spying on me ?" She interrupts...

I look into her eyes. She looks as if she was crying. And I could tell she's holding back tears.

-"Sel, what did she say?" I ask.

-"It doesn't matter." 

-"It matters to me. Please talk to me." I take a hold of her hand as she begins to cry.

-"I don't think we could be friends anymore."

-"What...why are you saying this?" I ask confused.

-"You need to go to her and forget about me. She needs you right now." She continues to cry.

-"Sel. I need you......... I love you.."

-"Don't....Please.." She cries.

-"I Love you Sel. I probably always will."

-"I SAID DOOON'T!!!" She yells.

I just look at her with so much confusion. I can't even say anything....I feel numb

-"Get out" She says.

-"Sel, please..."

-"Get out !!!!!!" She yells once more.

-"No! what's wrong?!" I yell back.

-"You can't love me!"

-"Why not ?!" I yell again.

-"BECAUSE SHE'S PREGNANT!!!" She cries from the top of her lungs.

Well...crap.

-"She needs you more than I do." She sits down. And starts taking deep breaths.

-"She's pregnant...." I said shocked.

She takes a hold of my hand.

-"I'm sorry. This morning...I felt it too. But your going to be a Dad... There's no 'Us' Anymore."

-"I need some air." I said as I walk out the door.

Selena's Pov: I drop down to my knees. I take 3 deep breaths. The man I love..His having a baby with someone else. There's no way we would ever be together again. I close my eyes. 

*Flashback*

-"I was thinking we could go to the beach and wait for the sunrise" He applied.

-"Why would I want to do that?" I asked.

-"That's how I fell In love with you."

I look at him. He never said that to me before.

-"I love you, Sel."

*end of flashback*

I whisper "I love you too..." And continue to cry.

Nick's Pov: I run towards the beach and as I arrive, I stop to catch my breath. My head feels like it's spinning. I don't know what to think or how to feel. But the thing is...I don't understand why Olivia would tell Selena and not me? Is it a lie? Is she not pregnant? Is that a way to keep Selena and I from happening? I don't understand. I look down at the water. The clear blue water.

*Flashback*

-"But I felt it" she says.

I stop and turn.

-"This morning. I saw you standing on my doorstep..You looked straight into my eyes, and... And I felt it. " She replies.

-"How did it feel? " I asked.

-"Made me feel alive."

"Ok. Sel... I'm going to kiss you now. " I said.

-"You can't." She cries.

I start to slowly walk toward her.

-" Sel, you can't say something like that to me and expect me not to kiss you, so that's exactly what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna kiss you in about 10 seconds. And if you don't want me to kiss you... Well, if you don't want me to, I guess then you're just gonna have to stop me...1..2.. 10."

*End of flashback*

 I lost her once.. I cant lose her again... Not because of this...

--Later that night--

I get ready for bed. I turn off the lamp as im getting into my bed when i suddenly hear tapping on my window. I ignore it. Not going to think much of it. Then it happens again. I get up, turn my light on and peek a bit through my blinds...

-"Nick..." I said opening the window.

He crawls in and sits on my bed.

-"I didn't know where else to go" He says. "Can I stay here tonight?"

-"Sure"

I close the window and turn off the light and make my way to the bed. I lay right next to him on the right side of the bed and turn my back to him. I could slowly feel his arm wrapping itself around my waist. He spooning. I take a deep breath and close my eyes. Im in paradise. 

-----4:45am

 I slowly wake up from an amazing dream. I turn to my left side and and I see Nick laying next to me , staring at me. I think he was watching me sleep. I look deep into his eyes. How i missed the way he looked at me sometimes.

-"Hi..." I whispered. "Your still up...You can't sleep?"

"I love you, sel." He whispered.

"What?" 

-"I love you...I never stopped. And i think i'd always will love you" 

I lay my hand on his cheek and stare into his brown eyes and smile. I lean in and kiss him. Softly. Gently. I kiss him so beautifully that he has nothing else to do but to kiss me back. And he does. He kisses me in a way he never has. In the way i missed. We both start getting passionate. He's slowly pulling me closer to him. We're starting to get intense with one another, soon I realize I don't have a shirt on anymore. And there goes my bra..And well you know what happened next ;)
