Hey guys, just wanted to tell you that this is the final "Apathy" part and it's kinda VERY STUPID cause I had no ideas how to end it normally and the idea of "Apathy" in general became stupid for me so... I'm sorry really.

Next one's will be better, I hope.

(B.N.) - brother' name.

***

You were sitting at home and watching TV, trying to distract from the destroying thoughts you had after everything. Yes, this quarrel was one of the worst you and Ayato ever had, but you didn't really blame yourself for everything you had said. You were pretty sure that all of it was Ayato's fault – if he loses his temper that often, he'll have his nerves worn out. It was one of those many things you absolutely understood as you and Ayato were dating for a year already and his attitude was like an open book for you.

But, nevertheless, at the moment of the quarrel you always forgot that those hurtful words were only a feature of his character. You remembered yourself shaking and crying that evening, more because Ayato's words were really unexpected – he had never been that rude and angry, and his behavior had really scared you to death.

"I can't stand it anymore! I'd rather die than endure it!" You shouted at your brother as you were on the top of your emotions and it was your heart saying these grand promises.

Yes, your past was full of pain and injustice, but you were stronger now; much stronger. Now you understood that there's no one in the whole world to be honored as a reason for you to die or do something with yourself. Your life was only yours and you were the only one to decide what to do with it. Yes, you had loved him thereat, you loved him to the moon and back, but now those feelings and emotions were replaced with something much stronger you felt for Ayato.

But your dear brother was like a nanny sometimes – so overprotecting and caring, and you guessed he probably went away to have a serious talk with your boyfriend. You were a little bit worried about (B.N.), even though you sincerely believed in Ayato and knew that your ghoul-boy won't touch him. But you thought: "Who knows how far he can go, he's Ayato Kirishima after all... Damn."

You were already going to call (B.N.) when you heard a sudden doorbell. "I wasn't waiting for anyone" – you thought to yourself and went to open the door. Once you turned the lock without even having to look through the peephole, the door opened fast and almost hit you in the face.

"WHAT THE HELL IS-"

"Hi-yaaaaa (y.n.)!" - Someone screamed, and you saw it was Hide with a big pink cake in his hands. There also were Touka and Kaneki behind him and they definitely had a heated discussion. Placing the cake on the table beside, Hide patted your cheeks, smiling broadly.

"What are you all doing here?" – You asked impatiently, looking at all of your friends with confusion. You were really pleased they came, but it wasn't the right time for visits, especially for Hide and Kaneki, because you were expecting for your brother to be home, and he really didn't like your company which consisted of ghouls (except Hide, for sure). You looked at the cake, which was standing on a small table in the corridor and suggested your friends to take off their coats.

"I was going to visit you when these idiots noticed me on the street," – Touka explained, looking at a little embarrassed Kaneki and cheerful Hide with irritation.

"Imagine what – I asked her how are you doing, and she told us the whole story!" – Hide said loudly with his eyes wide opened. "Poor (y.n.)! I suggested buying a cake to cheer you up and make you feel better, so you can forget about Aya-"

"She has already forgotten, I guess." You heard a low voice full of exasperation. You didn't expect Hide, Kaneki or Touka to come, but now you felt what the real suddenness means. You couldn't even imagine that your first conversation after the quarrel was going to happen now. "Not now and not here, please..." You prayed to yourself, preparing for the worst.

"Get outta here, dude. Nobody had called you." Hide said roughly, his arms folded. The boy was really pissed off – he had never seen Ayato before and now, when it finally happened, Hide wanted to tell the ghoul what he was thinking about him all the time.

"Listen to me attentively, little piece of sh#t..." Ayato started as Hide took the cake from the table and smashed it... in Ayato's face.

"Bon appetite, Violet Ass."

Everyone started laughing loudly as they saw Ayato's face covered in pink glaze and only Hide tried to stay dispassionate, but the smile had all the same appeared on his face.

God knows how Ayato didn't kill everyone – he was surprisingly calm and you decided to use the moment and offered to help him to change clothes and wash glaze from his face. Bless Hide, you thought when Ayato kissed you as his face was finally not pink.
