We're a train wreck waiting to happen

Would you believe me if I said I'm in love?

"I'm going to Chicago for Alexa and Kam's baby's baptism, are you going to come?"  I asked Leo. "do you want me to come?" Leo asked. "no Leo, I want you to stay here, thats why im asking you" I said and rolled my eyes. "Jesus El I was kidding" Leo said and kissed my cheek. "we leave tomorrow afternoon, perfect opportunity for you to meet my family" I said. "do you think its time?" Leo asked. "we've been dating for a year" I said,"its time" I said and smiled. "ill get my stuff ready" Leo said and walked to the room.

"hey guys just wanted to let you know I'm going to be coming to Chicago, Kendall is getting out of control" Elliott informed us as we walked in. "what happened now?" I asked. "she's crazy, saying im cheating on her with Carolina" Elliott exclaimed. "doesnt she know that Carolina is gay?" I asked. "I tried telling her but that girl is crazy!" Elliott proclaimed as he walked over to our fridge and took out a coke," im here to chill with you guys" Elliott said and smiled as he sat down on the couch. "we leave at four" I informed Elliott before I walked into the room to finish packing my stuff.

//The next day//

"Elliott if you're not ready by the time I finish doing my makeup I will leave you!" I shouted as I applied my concealer. "I'm all ready to go" Elliott shouted. He was wearing a grey nike hoodie with a pair of black skinny jeans and black jordans.  "lets go" Leo shouted. He was wearing a black hoodie with a pair of blue ripped jeans and black timberlands. "flight leaves in two hours, grab your stuff" I shouted as I took one last look in the mirror. I was wearing a black and white Adidas windbreaker with a pair of black skinny jeans with the bottom rolled up above my ankles and a pair of red vans(A/N: when you're Louis Tomlinson AF) "do you think Hank still hates me?" Elliott asked as we got into the car. "you ran the police car into the post" I said. "I was sixteen, I was young and dumb" Elliott said in his defense. "and now you're what?" I asked. "A little less young" Elliott said. "lets get out of here" Leo said and laughed.

"here we are, back to Chicago" Elliott  said as we stepped out of the taxi. "We'll leave our stuff at my mom's house and then we'll meet up with everyone at Hank's house" I said as we walked towards the front step of my parents house.

"the door should be unlocked" I said as we walked in. "I swear to god Marco I will slit your throat!" I heard someone shout from one of the rooms. "Glad to know Enrique is still in town"  Elliott stated. "Fucken try bitch" Marco shouted back. "If I hear one more profanity come out your mouths I will slit both of your mo-Elizett, you're here early, my hair isnt even ready" Mom said midsentence of her yelling at my brothers. "we left pretty early" I said after I hugged her. "Glad you're all okay, Eli you lost weight, wait till I tell your mother" Mom shouted as she hugged Elliott. "and this must be Leo, its a pleasure to finally meet you" Mom said as she shook hands with Leo. "You too ma'am," Leo said shyly. "Call me Victoria, you'll meet the rest of the family in a couple of minutes" Mom said and looked up towards the stairs," Ill show you where you can leave your bags" mom said and we followed her to the back of the house.

Once we settled in we walked back upstairs to meet up with everyone before we got ready to leave.

"You're about to meet my family, let me apologize in advance" I said as we walked into the living room.

"Leo, these are my parents, Victoria and Antonio. This is my older brother Enrique, the youngest ones are Marco and Renato. You'll meet Ulyisses and my sister Isa at the cookout" I explained.

After my parents interrogated Leo for an hour we finally left for Hank's house.

"what did he say his family did for a living?" the reporter asked. "he said his family own a small business in New Jersey" I explained. "did you ever see this business?" she asked. "yes, multiple times, it was a winery" I stated,"nothing suspicious"

"El" I heard a familiar raspy voice. "godfather" I exclaimed as I turned around and faced Hank. "How've you been?" Hank asked. "wonderful, I'd like you to meet my boyfriend" I said and grabbed Leo's hand and pulled him away from Marco and Renato. "This is Leo my boyfriend, Leo this is my godfather, Hank Voigt. He works for the Chicago Police" I stated. "pleasure to meet you sir" Leo said and shook Hank's hand. "pleasure is mine, treat her right, she's well liked in this town. Dont wanna get anybody of the boys mad around here" Hank said sternly. "he's joking" I whispered as I saw Leo tense up. "Dont take everything so seriously" Hank said and laughed," there's Alexa" Hank said as we all looked at the gate and saw Alexa and Kam pull up in their car.

"Elizette you're back ohmygod" Alexa shouted as I she spotted me. I ran over to hug her and then I went to hug her daughter Sydney. "she's so cute, ohmygod" I exclaimed. "thanks" Alexa said and smiled. "whats gonna be her full name?" I asked. "Sydney Luka Armstrong" Alexa said and smiled. "seven years go by in the blink of an eye " I said and grabbed her hand. "feels like it was just yesterday" Alexa said. "Hows Sabrina?" I asked. "she's living now in Winchester, she's on her third kid, two boys and a girl. Theyre so cute" Alexa said. "everyone moved on perfectly with their lives" I said. "it is what it is" Alexa said and smiled," now tell me about this man in your life" Alexa said.

"He's over there" I said and pointed to where Leo was talking to Elliott and Ulysses. "he's so good looking, girl you outdid yourself" Alexa said and grinned," how long have you been dating?" Alexa asked. "a year" I said. "I smell a wedding" Alexa stated. "thats my dad's cooking"I said and laughed. "shut up, you love him" Alexa said. "yeah, a little bit" I said and smiled. "god bless"Alexa said and hugged me before she went over to talk to Erin.

"How'd you like my family?" I asked Leo as we sat on the roof of my house. "interesting, I know for sure you never have a dull moment" Leo said and laughed. "we try" I said and smiled. "Would you like to meet my family?" Leo asked. "yes" I exclaimed. "we'll plan something after the baptism" Leo said and placed his arm around me," El would you believe me if I said I was in love" Leo asked. "only if you were to believe me" I said.
