Lily's POV:
Thomas's shouts made me bolt to a sitting position. I looked at him, he was squirming and mumbling my name.
"Shut the greenie up, shuck face!" Someone shouted from across the sleeping bags with his face in a pillow.
"Hey! We will not call a girl a 'shuck face' around here," Newt shouted back.
"Sorry didn't know it was Lily," he said as he looked up.
"Thomas! Thomas wake up!" I shake him awake. He bolts to a sitting position.
"Sorry," he mumbled as he laid back down.
"Wait, you know his bloody name?" Newt asked.
"Ummm, well he did know it and he told me," I lied. Thomas nodded.
"Stop bloody lying," Newt got up and walked away.
"Well don't fall back asleep. Because the whole glade is awake!" I jumped up and started to walk to the garden supply's when a shadow in the woods caught my attention. Then it disappeared as it went farther and farther away. I shrugged and continued throughout my day. We kind of just hopped to each job and tried it out.
"Is it lunch time yet?" Thomas groaned
"Nope, Lily go get some damp soil," Newt handed me a small shovel and a bucket, "and Thomas go get some water." He handed him just a bucket.
We walked into the woods. A stick crunched making me jump. I turned around but didn't see anything.
"Let's just keep on going," I suggested as we kept on walking.
"Hold on for a second," Thomas said as he put a finger to his lips. Then I saw a head pop out behind a tree.
"Hello? Ben?" I think I heard Newt call him that before. He was breathing hard. Ben looked furious.
"It's all your fault Thomas," we haven't told him Thomas's name yet. But he knew it.
"Are you ok?" Thomas asked him. The guy was breathing furiously as veins throbbed out of his neck.
"It's all your fault! It's all your fault that we're all here!" He screamed. Then in a blink of an eye he was on top of Thomas, choking him. I was frozen in my spot. Thomas's face was turning blue. I have to do something. I took a running start right at Ben and tackled him off of Thomas.
