Chapter Two: The Talk

It took her a little bit, but she finally found Brandon in his usually hiding spot. It was a beneath a giant blossom tree. She stared at the boy who was staring right back at her. His blond hair blowing with the wind. She was carrying two bags of food with her name on one and Brandon on the other one.
"I'm guessing the meeting went well," Brandon said grinning.
"Why do you guess that?" Heaven asked playing dumb.
"Because the meeting is suppose to end in a hour," he said as she started to sit down next to him.
"Yeah, I got tired of them talking about getting us together and calling Jakob evil."
"Yeah, I understand I had to just get out of there. I'm tired of them talking about us that way," he said getting a little angry.
"It's okay, are you hungry?" She asked him and simile as he started jumping up and down.
"Yes, yes, yes I'm very hungry." He said very kid like.
"Calm down little kid," she said giggling,"I got you the good stuff, buffalo steak from the dark side market. I had to ask Lacey if she could get it for me so enjoy it."
"Oh, I will thanks for getting it for me."
"Your welcome brother," she said as Brandon started gulping down his giant steak.
Heaven giggled at her brother as she opened her bag and started to eat her kelp she grew back at her castle gardens.
The sun started to set and they were done with their delicious meal. Brandon's head was laying down in her lap. They both were happy to be with each other and away from everything else.
Heaven stared at her brother slash guardian. Happy she made him her guardian. He was the best fighter in all the land and was also the smartest and fastest. He was amazing yet no one except her, Lacey, and Jakob knew about his inner animal. He kept that a secret yet shows little signs to other people just to mess with them. Then the meeting came into her mind and she couldn't help but tell him her true feelings towards him. She was tired of hiding them.
"Hey Brandon."
"Yes sis."
"I need to tell you something."
"What?"
She paused scared at the fact she was really going to tell him her feelings.
"I like you and I mean like, like you I always have this fuzzy feeling when I'm around you, Brandon I think I love you and not in a sibling way."
Brandon sighed and began to speak.
"I was afraid this was going to happen," he sighed again then continued,"look Heaven I like you too in fact I love you more then a sibling also, but you are dating Jakob and you are in a happy relationship, but if you do need a cover up for that sixteen thing or if you are really wanting a relationship with me then I will do it, but other then that you should be happy with Jakob and you shouldn't let them idiots in your head."
Heaven was crying tears of joy. Her brother always knew what to say and he said he had the same feelings for her like she had for him. Today was probably the best day ever.
Brandon then closed his eyes and begin to fall asleep. Heaven just smiled and fell asleep with her head laying on his.
The stars watch the two future lovers fall asleep. Also hidden in the bushes a pair of green eyes were watching them. It crack a feline simile and walked towards the two sleepy siblings.
