Chapter Ten: Betrayal

Heaven was in the library in the castle looking for a good book to read. Jacob sure did have a good taste. He had a lot of mystery stories, supernatural stories, and even some dirty romance stories. Kinda like Lucas's books. She try to stay away from those stories. Then Jakob walked in through the double wooden doors.
"How's my little fire fly doing?" He said putting his arm around her wrist.
"Would be better if my brother was back by now," she barked at him, making him let go of her.
She was a little mad at Jakob for not telling her how long the mission was actually going to take.
"I'm sorry I didn't think it would take this long. Come on Heaven, please forgive me."
Heaven just sigh.
"Alright, my little night crawler," she said putting her hands around his neck.  Then Clinton came storming in through the window.
"What are you doing here light sider?" Jakob barked.
  Clinton hold up his hands to show he means no trouble. Well, Jakob didn't get the message, because then Jakob threw a punch at him. He dodged then flew towards Heaven. Jakob was about to call for back up when Heaven raised her hands to make him stop. Jakob stopped and cross his arms and turned around mumbling to himself.
Heaven sigh, then turn to Clinton and asked him why he was here. Clinton cleared his throat and then began to speak.
"Princess, we need your help. Tyler has captured and killed your team," Jakob turned around in shock and Heaven gasp," Grace, Aron and Brandon are fine, but are locked up in the castle. Tyler has a plan to turn them to the light."
"But, Brandon hasn't even picked a side yet. He's neutral!" She screamed clearly upset with her former war major.
She then started to walked out of the library.
"We're do you think you're going?" Jakob asked raising a eyebrow.
"Going to have a talk with some old friends," she said walking out of the library with Clinton right behind her.

Tyler was sitting in his room in his fancy chair. It was gold with rubies decorated on the sides. He was talking with another person.
The other person was a guy. He wore a black robe so no one would now who he is, but Tyler knew who it was. The mystery guy had grayish black fur and had a unusual short tail for his species.
His claws were short, but sharp. They had the power to rip humans apart.
"How's the plan going?" The mystery guy asked pretty annoyed.
"Pretty well, Clinton his coming over here with Heaven pretty soon. He doesn't know it, but I saw him at the fight scene and knew he was going to tell Heaven that we have her brother," Tyler answered smiling well patting the mystery guy on the back.
"I really owe all of this to you. If you didn't tell us your team's plan and where you guys were, we wouldn't have Brandon already in our hands."
"I wish you didn't kill Colton."
"Why?"
"Because, he was actually a nice guy. Lazy most of the time and had horrible jokes, but we could've turn him to our side."
"Yeah, but you said we had to turn them with out harming them and he looked like he was going to be a pain in the butt."
"Yeah, I guess," the mystery guy said sighing," how is Grace doing?"
"Fine. She already turn to the light side. It was pretty easy once she saw you. She pretty much volunteer to be turned."
"And Brandon?"
"He wouldn't turn. No matter how hard we try he will not turn or pick a side period, but no worries Heaven will convince him."
"How, I think she would more likely try to help him escape."
"Don't worry about it we have it covered. Just go hang out with Grace. She will love to see you again and once again thanks for everything, Aron.

Aron was right on target. He was following an angelfish and a bat to the light side's castle. He over herd Jacob saying to a couple of his guards that Heaven went to go get Brandon and that they better prepare for war. Aron wants to get Brandon and leave as fast as he can before he gets involve in the war.
They finally got to the gates. The gates open and the angelfish stormed in there pretty mad. Things are going to get interesting.

  Heaven couldn't believe the nerve of that guy. He must've been new because he started to flirt with her. Once he saw Clinton with her he stop flirting and opened the gates.
Heaven was going to explode on Tyler. What in the world does he think he's doing. She looked around and couldn't help but notice that everything was just like it was when she left. It hasn't been very long since she left and change sides, but she was gone long enough for him to change the castle.
Clinton try to show her where Tyler is, but she already knew where to find him.
She walked up the stairs and went straight to is room. She slammed open the door and saw him pouring some tea.
"Welcome back princess," he stop and looked at her hand," I see you have change sides, but no worries we can change you back easily. We have many things to discuss about, but first you need to get back on your duties."
What nerve! He thinks that she came back so she can change sides and rule her kingdom again? Well he has a another thing coming.
"You let Brandon go now!" She said a little ticked at his nerves.
"Easy princess calm down..."
"Don't you dare tell me to calm down!You kidnapped my brother and think I came running back for your help, well forget it! I'm happy were I am and you can't change that!" She screamed well Tyler just chuckled.
"What's so funny?!" She yelled very upset.
Clinton try to calm her down, but Heaven was not in the mood.
"Nothing just take a seat with me and have a cup of tea."
Heavens jaw dropped. Did he just tell her to have some tea with him. She crossed her arms and turn her head away from him. She groaned, because she actually kinda wanted some tea right now.
"I don't drink tea."
"Not unless it's ice."
Now she really wanted some tea. Tyler sure was a good servant. He knew exactly how to cheer her up. She took the seat in front of him and picked up the cup of ice tea and took a sip of it.
"Thank you princess," he said grinning," you will not regret your decision."
Heaven was confuse until her head was starting to spin and she felt very dizzy, then she fell to the ground.
Clinton try to help her up, but was captured by Talon and Steven.
"Put him in the dungeon. We can't have him telling anyone about this especially Brandon. He hasn't have a sip of the potion yet. That's Aron and Grace's job."
He looked out the window and saw a vulture circling around the castle. He knew that was the vulture bounty hunter, Aron.
"Tell Lucas he has a bird to take down and prepare for war. I'm afraid that Jacob has already started coming this way."
Steven and Talon nodded as they carried a struggling Clinton to the dungeon.
Tyler then picked up the princess and put her in her room which was right next to his. He put her on her bed and then told Luran to get her dress properly. He went off to prepare for the upcoming war.

Grace was shaking. She didn't want to do this, but it was part of the plan. Aron was holding a cup water and they were heading towards Brandon's cell. He's pretty mad about being captured and always ask to see them.
They open his cell door and walked in there. He was siting on his bed when he jumped up. He seem happy to see them.
"I'm glad you guys are alright," he said hugging them.
Grace kept a uneven smile. She felt so much guilt for doing this, but they have to. They need to stop the dark side and they need someone to rule it and Brandon and Heaven are the people for the job.
"Great to see you too. We brought you some water," Aron said handing him the cup of water and sat down on the bed with him.
"Thanks," he said grabbing the cup of water and taking a sip of it.
Grace was now really shaking and couldn't believe they did it.
"You alright Grace? You've been shaking the hold time."
"Well...um."
Brandon was confuse until he saw there hands glow yellow. He jumped up and started to shake badly.
"You guys change sides?" He said scared that they were forced to and that he was next.
"No worries we did it willingly," Aron said trying to calm him down.
"Oh, okay," he said falling to the floor. Aron catch him before he hit the cold hard floor. They went to his room to get him ready well Grace started crying. The plan has finally finished.
