Chapter 10

Vulross lay on the seats of the ship moaning, every now and then he would shout "What a bad idea, what was I thinking?" He lamented his big-headed decision it caused him so much pain, yet it comforted him to know it was not in vain because they still kept the rocket launchers. Vulross felt the ship land, he groaned, as he knew it would soon be time to get up. Every part of him ached, but he was tuff and all those years on that forest planet he was ashamed to call his home made him strong. He went for weeks searching for crash landed ships in the middle of the forest with only a blaster and a tent. He usually fought beasts wanting to make a meal of him or depending on the size a morsel of him. Vulross had survived a lot worse and he was going to get up from this one and carry on as usual. All of a sudden Reylan rushed in and jabbed him in the neck with something "argghh" Vulross whimpered

"It'll ease the pain, I found it on board." Reylan stated

"You could have just jabbed me with poison!" Vulross said angrily he still did not fully trust him; he was a bounty hunter and a smuggler, both of which cannot be trusted.

"Your going to have to trust me Vulross especially since now were gonna start to spend a lot of time together." Reylan reassured.

"Is that so?" Vulross quizzed.

"Yes, since you've joined my team and all." Reylan shrugged.

"I haven't joined any team I just asked for a ride off that over humidified death trap!"

"Is that all I am to you a ride?" Reylan laughed.

Vulross remained completely serious. "At the moment I'm staying with you since I'm not in the physical condition to go anywhere or do anything."

"Ok, its just another opportunity for me to gain your trust. And make you joining my team official." Reylan winked at Vulross and at that moment R0 rolled in and declared "I've found a buyer he's waiting for you outside, Vulross boy do you look ruff."

"Id like to see you get hit a thousand times by electrically charged batons!" He claimed.

"You make a fair point to explain your physical condition." R0 replied.

After a while a while Reylan walked in and had a case full of credits and a huge toothy smile to accompany it. "Get out Vulross, you too R0." Reylan ordered "its not ours any more its his." Reylan pointed at a fat Sullustan who was licking his lips in excitement. Reylan carried Vulross of the ship and R0 rolled behind carrying the case. Reylan then put Vulross down on the pavement against a wall, "R0 take care of him okay? I shouldn't be too long ill be back with a ship soon." Reylan said as he patted Vulross on the shoulder. He then took the case and left.
