"Mizuki, are you sure you're up for this?" Lucy asked her prosecution lawyer.

"Hai. Jellal-san, I take you have had some experience as being a lawyer, is that correct?" She asks me.

"Yeah." I reply.

"Great. You'll be my assistant." Mizuki smiles.

The judge sits at the podium.

"The Trial for the defendant, Jude Heartfilia, will commence." The judge said. Everyone kept quiet.

"The prosecution is ready your honor." Mizuki bowed.

"The defense is ready your honor." Owen, Jude's lawyer bowed.

"Miss Cheney, the prosecution's opening speach." The judge nodded.

"The victim, Miss Lucy Heartfilia, has been abused by the defendant, Mr. Jude Heartfilia. This has been going on for around thirteen years." Mizuki reported.

"How do we know it was the defendant, your honor, that lacks evidence." Owen smirks.

"The Prosecution would like to call a witness to the stand your honor." Mizuki told the judge.

"Go ahead."

"Will Miss Heartfilia please come up to the stand?" Mizuki requested.

Lucy walked up to the stand, looking a bit shaken.

"Please state your name, occupation, and relation to the defendant." Mizuki requested.

"My name is Lucy Heartfilia. I am currently a student at Fiore High. Jude Heartfilia is my father." Lucy said, still quite shaken.

"Please tell us your testimony." Owen smirk grew wider.

"My mom died when I was about six. Ever since my dad became a drunkard and a drug addict. Since I looked like my mother, he started beating me up everytime I came gome from school. He would start saying things like 'why didn't you die instead?' And 'you killed her!'. He blamed her death on me. Every year, on my birthday, he would give me a special beating, on my recent birthday, he tried to rape me." Lucy teared up.

"Hold it!" Owen shouted. "How do we know if this is true or not?"

"Objection! Do you not see the scars on her arms and her facial expression? Tell me, do you think that she would be lying?" Mizuki argued.

"Objection! This is solely based on word and body actions. For all we know, she could be a good actor." Owen smirked. Gosh, this guy's getting on my nerves.

"We have evidence. Jellal, if you may?" She gestures to the suitcase before me.

I open it for the whole room to see.

"You honor, these are video tapes from the cameras in the Heartfilia Mansion. These have been archived and some dates have dates up to when Miss Heartfilia was five." Mizuki placed the tapes on the table.

The black haired girl inserted one tape onto a CD player.

The whole room was stunned to see the actions that Jude did to his only daughter. Owen panicked and knew that the act was over.

"This ends the trial for Jude Heartfilia!" The judge hits the hammer-like object onto the circle pad. "He is Guilty!"

Guards came and arrested the man. I looked at the girl, amazed at what she just accomplished.

"Just to make things clear, you are thirteen?" I asked as the girl as the whole group surrounded her.

"Yes. If you excuse me, I must take my leave. I have other matters to discuss." The girl bows.

"Does this involve my sister?" Gray questioned before the girl left.

"Hai." The girl sadly said and left the room.

"Gray-sama?" Juvia questioned as he clenched his fists.

"I'm sorry Juvia, I need to know what happened to my sister." Gray kissed Juvia's cheek and ran out of the room, following Mizuki.

"Gray... Sama?" Juvia brought her hand up to her cheek.

I hugged Erza as she cried onto my chest. Why is she crying? Happiness and sadness. Happy because Lucy was safe, sad because of what the poor girl endured.

Speaking of Lucy, she was with Natsu, who was comforting her.

I smiled, the girl who was like my sister is safe.
