Lucy has been awake for already a few days, Natsu still hasn't left her side. People have been a huge help with helping us protect her from her father.

Just the other day Lucy had told us what happened. Levy suggested that we should report for child abuse. Lucy is such a sweet girl, why would her father do this to her?

"What are you thinking about, Scarlet?" Jellal asks.

I blush at his nickname for me.

"Lucy." That was the only word that I could say.

"Y'know, we can always visit her later." He said.

I smiled. Jellal and I have grown close over the events around Lucy. We continued eating and he gave me another strawberry cake. I stared at him in awe. I chuckled and nodded his head, giving the signal that I can eat.

After eating lunch we headed back to our classroom. Our lockers were juat nearby, so we didn't have to worry. All that replayed through my mind was Lucy.

After classes, Jellal and I got into a taxi and headed to Magnolia Hospital. It wasn't that far from school, but, I really need to see her.

We arrived at our destination, quickly paying the driver and entering the building. We got our passes and went up to Lucy's room.

When we entered, we saw Natsu and Lucy doing their homework. Although Lucy was absent, it looked like she was doing the teaching.

I dropped my bag full of clothes that I got before we came here. It was Jellal and my shift, Natsu usually stays though.

"Hi Lucy," Jellal greeted.

"How have you been?" I asked her.

"My injuries are healing, Natsu is doing his best to help me understand the lessons, although Levy-chan comes every once in a while." She replied.

I smiled. Jellal put an arm around my neck, Lucy snickered..

"What's that look for?" I asked her.

"Are you and Jellal... Dating?!?" She asked, smirking.

"N-No!" We both yell in unison.

"You two would make a cute couple... Sad..." She makes a fake pouty face.

"Please! How about you and Natsu? You two have been cuddling more often!" I counter her words.

"Sh-Shut up!" She stutters an blushes a light shade of red.

"You two would make a cute couple too..." I say.

"HEY!!!" She complained.

I giggled at her flushed reaction. As Jellal snickered along. We chatted for a while until dinner, that's when Jellal and I had to go.

"Lucy, Natsu. We gotta go. See ya tomorrow!" I waved goodbye as Jellal followed my actions and we both left the room.

We walk through the quiet halls in silence. No one spoke, just silence.

"Do you think..." Jellal started.

"What Lucy said was true?" I continued.

"Yeah, is it?" He asked.

"I guess." I replied.

"Do you wanna? Wanna date, I mean?" He asked me.

My cheeks burned up. I thought about ut for a while and slowly nodded my head. Jellal smiled.
