A Week Later
After Taj told me he is working at Krazy Mart, I instantly thought about Dante. Maybe he doesn't hang out at the one Taj works out. I shouldn't even trip, Dante is too busy running around the city and trying his might to get me. Taj's mood has changed, we've been in action ever since that night and I swear I love it. I was laying down watching TV on the couch while Taj was in the shower. There was this one commercial that came on about Feminime products, and instantly I hopped off the couch and ran to the bedroom. I check my calender and seen that I'm 3 days past my start date. Taj came out the bathroom in nothing but a towel. The smell of his body wash made me loosen up a little.
"What you doing?" He asked
"Nothing. I was looking for some socks."
"Aight. Well, I might be home a little late today."
"Why?"
"My boss be making me do work before I gotta leave. It's getting irritatting but it's good pay." He said
"Well, I'll stay up and wait."
"I know you will." He smiled
"Get ready for work before I unscrew this off of you." I said grabbing his crotch
"Maybe I should stay." He grinned
"Boy, you better get out of here." I said
"Don't be like that." He said
"You just get ready for work." I said walking out the room

A little while after Taj left for work, I called Noah and asked him to meet me at the store.
"Girl, what is so important that you had to get me away from my man?" He asked
"Noah, I think I might be pregnant."
"Who?What?Where?" Noah asked quickly
"I said I think, I'm not sure."
"You better get your ass in that damn store." Noah pushed

We went to my house and got situated. We bought 5 packs of pregnancy tests and were about to test em. The first test came out negative (-) and the rest were positive (+). I can't believe this, I'm actually gonna be a mother.
"Oh my God. I'm gonna be a godparent." Noah clapped like a 1 year old
"I don't know how to explain this to Taj."
"Girl, he's been expecting this for the longest right?"
"Yeah."
"Then he should be happy that you're pregnant."
"I'm scared."
"Girl, that man loves you. He proposed to you like 2 weeks ago." Noah said
"Noah, I'm not scared cause of that."
"Then what are you scared of?" He asked
"If I tell you, you have to promise you won't say anything."
"I promise."
"Noah?"
"I said I promise."
"You can't tell Wade or anything." I said
"Raquel, what is it?"
"I cheated on Taj, not once but more than 3 times." I said as Noah covered his mouth in disbelief
"With that guy from the studio?" He asked as I shook my head yes. " Rocky, what is wrong with you? I've never known you to cheat."
"I know. I know. He is slick. I told myself that I would never do this to him but I lied to myself and our relationship."
"So what are you gonna tell Taj about the pregnancy?"
"Hopefully when I get a check up, I'll know how long ago this happened and with who?"
"And you are gonna tell Taj about your infidelty right?" Noah asked
"I will when the time is right." I sighed
"Don't lie to Taj. Eventually what is done in the dark will come to light." Noah said
"I know." I sighed at the thought of Taj's reaction. I know he's gonna be mad but I hope not that mad. After Noah left, I decided to relax and try to find a way to tell Taj that I'm pregnant. I know he'll be happy but I'm scared to say that I'm pregnant.

"Baby, I'm home." Taj called walking in
"We need to talk." I said turning off the TV
"What's up?" He said sitting down
"I don't know how to tell you this?"
"What is it? Talk to me bae."
"I-I'm pregnant."

"I-I'm pregnant." She said
"Pregnant?" I questioned as I processed this in my head
"Yes."
"When'd you find out?"
"Today."
"We're gonna have a baby." I said as I repeated it again smiling at her. "Finally we start a family." I kissed her lips. "I'ma go take a shower." I said getting up

The next morning Rocky was gone. She must've went on her run. With her being pregnant, she's gonna have to stop that and dance. I can't believe we're about to start a family. A little me and her running around is such a beautiful thing. I want my child to have what I didn't have growing up. They'll never know their Poppa and they'll be lucky enough to meet their Grandma. I hope we have a boy, or a girl, but preferably a boy. I'll be happy either way. As long as he/she is healthy, I'll be one happy parent. When Roc got back, I decided to talk to her about the baby.
"So, lets start with names. If we have a daughter, what are we gonna name her?" I asked
"I like Tatiana." Rocky said
"Tatiana is nice."
"What about you?" She asked
"TaLiyah or TaMiya." I said
"All these Ta's."
"What about a boy?" I asked. She took a few minutes to think.
"Rayan or Tariq. How about you?" She said
"Rashad or TayShawn." I said after thinking. We just talked about the baby and plans we have that deal with the baby.
