After Roc fell asleep, I got dressed and left. I'm gonna find this nigga and fuck him up. I walked the streets, one of the things of being his worker, I know where he lives.

I don't know how I ain't see this coming. I knocked on the door to his condo and he opened the door.

"Mr. Big Shot." He said mugging me, "Where my baby girl at? Ain't heard from her all day." He said playing with his teeth.

"You a fucking bitch." I said swinging on him. I grazed his face as he got me in my stomach and gave a few licks to my face. I upercut him in his face and gave him the 1, 2 combo. *About A Year Later*

It was coming on Tay's first birthday. Things have been going great. I've recovered from my ACL injury and now play for my hometown team, the New York Knicks. After playing one game in the D-League, they figured I was too good. Me and Roc aren't together, but still remain in contact.

"Hey man." I walked up to Roc and TayShawn. "Hey Roc." I glanced at her.

"Hey." She smiled lightly.

"He done got big." I said.

"Yeah. He's finally 1." She said messing with his hair.

"Come on." I said carrying Tay with Roc following behind.

"What you got planned?"

"Just a little get together."

"How's the season going?" She asked as a girl asked me for my

For as long as we have not been together, I haven't been in a relationship. Roc has been tryung to talk to me about a chance of us getting back together. I want to, but I haven't let go of what happened.

TayShawn's birthday and we're spending it together. TayShawn being the happy baby he is, hopefully doesn't have to see this going on anymore.

"Say Daddy." Taj said tossing TayShawn in the air as he laughed. It made me smile but hurt my heart at the same time. Why would I hurt what Taj and I had? I am glad that TayShawn is Taj's, I wouldn't be able to look myself in the face again.

"You're a good father." I said to Taj while he drove us home. TayShawn was knocked out.

"He is my son Raquel." He said.

"I'm glad he is." I said looking at him.

"Me too." He said as he pulled up to my apartment. "I'll get his toys." Taj said cutting off the car. Once we were upstairs and I put TayShawn in my bed, me and Taj conversated.

"Want anything to drink?" I asked.

"No. I'm fine." He said sitting om the couch.

"Thanks for today." I said. "It feels good being in your presence again." I said.

"My presence? I miss being in your's." He said. This moment felt awkward. It was just silent and our breathing patterns were the only things heard.

"I forgive you." Taj said after a moments of silence. "I realized that we should move past that and focus on working our way back into a relationship." He said as I broke down crying. "Why you crying?" He asked me.

"You don't know how long I dreamed of this day. I never forgave myself for all the hurt and wrong I had done to you." I said.

"I'm willing to give us another shot. You are the woman of my dreams Raquel. We've been through too much to just throw this relationship out the window. We got a son now, we gotta do right for us and him." Taj said.

"You're right." I said as he embraced me. "Taj, I just wanna apologize before you forgive me."

"No need to. I know that you are sorry." He said, "You made a mistake, I can't hold it against you forever." He said as I hugged him.tighter.

Quick update about them! :) They're finally back together 18-19 months is a looooooooong seperation lol.
