The Supermarket Adventure

After school I began to walk home, everyone saw me get out of the limousine because they were changing classes.
The rumors spread like wildfire throughout the day. Like I slept with a rich guy and he beat me, or my dad is secretly rich, or that I'm banging one of those rich kids across the street and now they spoil me.
I don't understand rumors, all I know is I don't like them.
"Saki-chan!" I turn around to see a girl named Kiki chasing me, Kiki really liked gossip and drama, that's probably the only reason she wanted to talk to me. I wait up for her anyway and let her catch her breath when she reaches me.
"What do you want Kiki?" I sigh and begin walking
"So, i-is it true?" Kiki asks giggling.
What other rumor did she have for me this time?
"That you went to the private academy today and met a cute boy?" She asked me. I didn't see any point in lying to her unless it was me getting hit by the car.
"Well I did go to the academy, but that's about it." I say scratching the back of my neck and looking away from her.
"Well why did you go there?" Kiki asks, I feel like she's interrogating me.
I stop walking and turn around.
"Because I'll be going to the academy, now is that is? Because I'd very much like to walk home in peace." I let out, putting my hands on my hips.
Kiki looks upset and then she begins to smirk as a limosuine pulls up beside us and stops, the car window in the back rolls down.
I didn't realize who it was until he spoke.
"Wow miss Sakiko, nice to see you again." Tamaki said smiling.
"Hey boss, who's this?" I hear from the limousine as two boys with orange hair stick their heads out of another window. I look over at Kiki to see her blushing as the twin boys wink at her, rolling my eyes I look back at Tamaki, "So do you need something?" I ask Tamaki.
He smiles and shrugs his shoulders, "Actually, I'd like you to accompany me and the twins on an adventure to the thing you people call 'A Supermarket'" Tamaki says, his blue eyes sparkle as he says the word "Supermarket".
"Have you never been to a supermarket or something?" I ask Tamaki.
"We have, with Haruhi, I just wanted to go to get some of those gummy bears they sell, but I don't want to go with just these two." Tamaki glared at the twins as they stuck their tongues out at him.
I didn't really have anything else to do, and trying to explain this to Kiki would be a pain in the neck.
"Fine." I sigh as the door swings open and the twins pull me in suddenly.
Before I know it the car is already moving and I have face planted into my seat. I groan and crawl up into my seat.
"Sorry" the twins say in unison.
"It's fine" I mumble setting my bag on my lap and leaning back into my seat.
"Thanks for picking me up Tamaki." I say facing him.
"Oh, it was my pleasure malady." He replies smiling crossing his legs.
"You know you don't have to be so formal with me, just talk to me how you talk to your friends." I laugh, I thought it was silly how uptight he was acting, but when I saw him crying to Kyoya he reminded me of a regular teenage guy.
Tamaki laughs nervously, he probably didn't realize he was being so formal to begin with anyway.
"So who are you guys?" I ask facing the twins.
"I'm Hikaru."
"I'm Kaoru." They say smirking, "and you are?" They ask at the same time.
"I'm Sakiko, nice to meet you." I smile, they're odd, but I've met weirder.
"So was that girl your friend?" The twin named Hikaru asks.
"Oh God, no." I sigh, I rarely have any friends because I don't have time for them since all the studying and chores, I just don't need them really.
"Oh, you don't like her?" Kaoru asks smirking.
"I don't like anybody." I replied rolling my eyes.
"Not even us?" The twins ask at the same time.
"Not even you." I say crossing my arms.
"Are you Haruhi in disguise?" Kaoru asks laughing. I just smile, this Haruhi person is probably rich and snobby too, I bet he's just like Kyoya.

"We're here." Tamaki says smiling as the car comes to a hault, he opens the door and crawls out of the car and me and the twins follow after him.
While I'm here I might as well do some shopping since I do the cooking in the house.
Before we go in I grab a basket to carry the items I'll be picking out. When we walk through the doors I see everyone staring at us, well not us, just them, Tamaki, Hikaru, and Kaoru.
"I'm gonna browse." I tell Tamaki as I walk away from them. First I need to go to the meat isle, picking out some marbled steak strips, boneless chicken breast, and the salmon looked nice so I got some of that too, also since it was on sale.
We're good on spices and sugar so I ignore the dry spices isle and go pick out some vegetables.
Cabbage, carrots, eggplant, and some broccoli.
I grab some olive oil and a few cans of soup.
"Ready." I mumble and walk over to the cash register where the boys were waiting.
The man scans my items and puts them into bags.
"Your total is $45.37" he says slumping over, he's probably been working all day.
I reach into my bag to pull out my wa-
Great... I must've left my wallet at school or something, although I didn't bother to get lunch today.
I sigh and reach into my pocket where I keep my extra money in case something like this happens.
Only $40...
"Can I put some items back please?" I ask the cashier scratching my neck. Before we could say anything else Tamaki walks in front of me taking out his wallet and pulling money out.
"Tama-"
"Don't worry, you don't have to pay me back." He laughs handing the cashier the money, it's too late for me to say anything now, he's already paid for my stuff.
I grab my bags and we walk out of the store, "You know you didn't have to do that, I could've just put something back." I sigh explaining to Tamaki.
He just smiled, "It was no problem, seriously don't worry about it. Would you like us to drive you home?" Tamaki asked.
"No that's alright, my house is around the corner. Thanks though." I say appreciatively, declining the offer.
"Well then I hope to see you again miss Sakiko." Tamaki says.
"You can just call me Sakiko." I laugh as the walk off and hop into the car.
"Bye Sakiko!" The twins yell in unison while sticking their heads out of the window and waving.
I turn around and begin walking home.
