I see the Butler hop out of the car and walk to my door, he opens it and I scoot out and reach for my bag... "Crap" I groan, just kill me now.
"What is it?" The boy questions me,
"I must've left my bag on the sidewalk when I got hit, I'm so stupid." I whine facepalming the day has just begun and I'm ready to go home.
"Mr. Fredrickson, would you please go and fetch Sakiko's bag." The boy ordered his Butler.
"Of course young sir." The Butler smiled and hoped into the car, when the boy gathered his things and crawled out of the car, the Butler drove off.
"I keep forgetting to ask you, but whats your name?" I ask the boy as the limo drives away.
"Kyoya, Kyoya Ootori." He says putting his laptop into a satchel. Ootori? Why does that name seem so familiar?...
"Let's get you to the infirmary." Kyoya says turing around and walking into the school. I try to follow behind while limping, I don't want to seem too hurt so I try to just pull through and ignore the pain.
"It's a ways away, in building C." He sighed and continued walking.
The halls were pretty empty and quiet, I only saw a few students, most of them boys giving me a few glances and about two girls with death glares.
"Where is everyone?" I ask as we continue walking,
"We're fairly early so not many students are here right now." He explained as we walked.
This school is so big I couldn't help but stare at everything in awe, I've always seen this school from a distance, but I've never actually been inside.
"Is there something wrong?" Kyoya asks me, I didn't even notice he was looking at me until he spoke.
"Oh no, it's just, this place is gigantic, is it really necessary for it to be this big?" I ask amazed, we've just been in the hallway and a courtyard and I'm trying to keep myself from running into all the rooms we pass.
"You'd be surprised at how many students attend this academy actually, and the buildings are split up by year, speaking of which what year are you in Sakiko?" He explained and then asked. He's probably a third year, that would explain how mature he is compared to all the other boys in my class.
"I'm a first year student, you?" I ask him as we continue to walk.
"I'm a second year student, I'm actually surprised, I thought you'd be in the same year as me." Kyoya said opening a small pocketbook and writing something down.
"Why is that?" I ask Kyoya, continuing to block out the pain and stop myself from limping.
"Because you're more intelligent than most of the first year students I know." Kyoya says writing and walking at the same time, "what are you writing?" I ask now looking at the white roof seeing small designs all over the roof.
"Everything." Kyoya says blankly, "we're here." He said stoping and looking up at the door with a small sign reading infirmary.
"Thanks Kyoya." I sigh scratching the back of my neck.
"It was no problem, though you should really be careful ne-"
"MOMMY!" Kyoya is cut off by a scream.
Mommy? I turn around to see a tall boy with blonde hair and blue eyes in the same uniform as Kyoya.
Great, another rich snob. The boy runs up to Kyoya holding on to his legs. Totally ignoring the fact that he was in mid conversation.
"Those twins are sexually harassing my Haruhi again!" He yells rolling on the floor.
"What exactly am I supposed to do about that?" Kyoya scoffs putting his notebook back into his satchel.
"Lecture them on how to respect a lady an- Oh? Who might you be?" The blonde boy quickly stands up and looks at me. Did he really just notice me?
"This is Sakiko." Kyoya says before I can introduce myself, he must not want me saying anything.
"Sakiko, what a beautiful name, huh, isn't that a commoners uniform?" The boy asks.
"You rich kids really don't have a filter do you?" I retort, I can already feel my eyebrow twitching with annoyance.
"No, that just Tamaki, he's an idiot so don't mind him." Kyoya Huff's pushing up his glasses again.
"Mommy why are you so mean to me?!" The boy Tamaki shouts.
"Because it's too early in the morning for all this drama, I already have to deal with her I do-"
"Excuse me, I told you I could've walked but you insisted on taking me here." I huff out cutting him off once again and crossing my arms.
These damn rich kids are really starting to tick me off.
"Wow Kyoya, she's just like Haruhi. I'm starting to think all commoners are like this." Tamaki says amazed.
"Can you not refer people who aren't as rich as you as commoners." I sigh rolling my eyes.
"Then what do I call them" Tamaki asked, at first I thought he was being sarcastic but then I realized he was serious.
"Try using the word 'people' for a change." I groan
Kyoya smiles and shakes his head as if Tamaki wasn't capable of calling lower class citizens people.
"You should meet Haruhi, I think you'd like him." Tamaki suggests, but I just came to fix my leg and go to school.
"Sorry, but I can't, I need to get to school. Is the nurse here? because if not I should really leave." I ask Kyoya impatiently.
"Why do you need the nurse?" Tamaki asks me, I already got the hint that Kyoya doesn't want me to say anything about his car hitting me.
"I fell while I was running to school, Kyoya saw me and insisted on taking me to your school's infirmary." I explain my lie to Tamaki very convincingly too because he just nods his head.
"Sorry to hear about that princess." Tamaki says acting sad.
"So I was a commoner, and now I'm a princess?" I laugh, I couldn't help laughing at his irony of trying to impress me. Tamaki's face turns red and Kyoya just smiles.
Kyoya looks at me, "Unfortunately for us the nurse isn't here, but I'll be able to patch you up just as good." Kyoya offers, since I'm already here I might as well just let him do it, it's not like he isn't intelligent enough.
I nod in approval and we walk in the clinic.
"I'll see you in class Kyoya, and I hope to see you again soon Sakiko." Tamaki smiles and leaves the room.
"I doubt you will." I mumble staring out of the large window as the door closes leaving me and Kyoya alone again.
"Sit over there." Kyoya points to a patient's bed for students to sit.
I just nod and go over to it, it had a paper sheet on it making all sorts of crackling sounds as I say down on it, I hate that noise.
"So where are all your wounds?" Kyoya asks getting stuff out of the cabinets like bandages and antiseptic.
"The big one is a scrape on my thigh and it's already bruised, I also have some road burn on my hands and elbows." I tell him, I don't want to come here to get fixed and just have only half my injuries fixed.
"Is that all?" He asks, probably sarcastically too.
"I think so." I sigh leaning my back against the wall to rest some.
Kyoya walks over with a handful of supplies.
"Here take these." Kyoya hands me four large pills.
"What are they?" I ask to make sure it's not some random drug he dug out of the cabinets.
"Oh calm down, it's just Tylenol, but it should at least help with the pain in your leg. Speaking of which, we're gonna fix your leg first, so take off your leggings so I can see it." Kyoya says setting down everything in a tray except for the antiseptic, gauze, and bandage.
"Jeez Kyoya, at least take me on a date first." I laugh rolling my eyes, immediately I see him tense up, "Relax... I'm joking." I smiled at him, I don't want him so do a crappy job if he's nervous.
"I know." He said pushing his glasses up. He's a bad liar.
I pull down my leggings to see a giant gash that was oozing blood.
"How are you not crying?" Kyoya asks surprised, though I really wasn't in that much pain, it just hurt to walk.
"It only hurts when I walk, high pain tolerance." I answer, lifting up my skirt a little bit so he could see all of the wound.
"This is going to sting, and please don't kick me." He says annoyed.
"Don't tempt me." I say sarcastically, Kyoya wipes down the wound with antiseptic while I bite down on my finger so I can focus on something else. He grabs gauze and applies pressure.
"I'll hold that while you get the bandage." I say holding the gauze at the same pressure, he nods and begins to wrap my leg in a bandage.
"Thanks for lying to Tamaki." He says out of nowhere while focusing on wrapping my leg up.
"No problem." I sigh
"What's the matter?" Kyoya asks while grabbing tape to secure the bandage.
"I'm missing science class." I groan
"So you get hit by a car and all you can think about is science class? You com-... People are weird." Kyoya laughs shaking his head.
"Science is the only reason I was late." I huff out.
"Upcoming test?" He asks.
"No, I'm falling behind." I facepalm
"No you're not, you have perfect grades, when I checked your school records in the car I was very impressed, almost as good as my grades." He says in a cocky tone.
"I'm usually a week ahead of everyone but I fell two days behind when I got the flu, so I stayed up until 4:00am last night." I reply looking out the big window.
"I understand, I usually go to sleep at 5:00am because I'm up studying." Kyoya says reaching over to get Band-Aids for the scratches on my hands and elbows.
"5! That's insane, every night?!" I shout, "Are you even human." I say in shock.
"I don't even know to be honest." He says laughing as he finishes putting the bandages on me.
"Well we're done here, it was nice meeting you Sakiko, maybe one day you'll change your mind about attending our academy." Kyoya said smiling seeing me off and back to the limousine to be driven to my school.
"Hey Kyoya!" I say rolling down the window.
He hums and turns around, "Thanks for patching me up. Try not to hit anymore commoners when you're out." I laugh
He rolls his eyes and we part ways.
