Lovin' the attitude, Mark!⬆️😋I wake up to the sunlight in my face. I'm seriously forgetting something, but dammit! I just can't think of it! I hope I remember, because I feel like this thing I'm trying to remember is super important. I'll talk to Jack about it, maybe he'll know. In the mean time, I need to get my ass out of bed and record or at least upload a video. I go to my recording room and hop into my chair. I look back and do a FNAC (Five Nights At Candies) video. I finished the first game, but now it's time for second game.
After playing the first night, I now realize that this game is gonna be bitch! I move my purple blue hair out of my face and set down my headphones after a few good hours of this game. I go ahead and edit it and upload it to YouTube. I feel good that I at least got a video out there and now it's time to get some coffee, because I feel like a half asleep zombie right now. I trudge downstairs and pour some coffee (Google made it) into a mug. I put the right amount of sugar and creamer and sit down on the couch. I take a sip of my coffee, not really noticing my surroundings.
"Hey, Mark," Dark growls in my ear. I jump, getting a good slosh of nice hot coffee onto my bare chest. (By the way, I did in fact put on a shirt before recording and took it off afterward.) I cringe, the coffee burning my skin. I set down my mug, my muscles tense. Then scream out now that my coffee is safe and out of the way.
"GAH!!!" I yell, my voice getting high. "FRICK A DICK, DARK!!!" I quickly go and wipe off the burning and sticky substance, washing it off with a cold wet paper towel, which also burns to my warm skin. There just no getting out of it is there? I go back and sit on the couch, taking a sip of my coffee to warm me up. "Don't do that. Jesus, you're going to give me a fucking heart attack."
"Good!" Dark replies with a lot of enthusiasm. I roll my eyes. I'm actually not sure whether he's being sarcastic or not.
"Well," I reply slowly. "Someone's in a good mood today." Dark turns to me, a goofy typical Markiplier look on his face.
"Well," he replies. "I am indeed in a good mood today! Thanks for noticing." I give him a look, taking a sip from my coffee. Jack then walks in, his eyes half closed as he grabs him a random mug and pours some coffee into it. After he puts creamer and sugar in it, he sits down in a chair, he pushes his bright green hair out of his face, taking another sip of his coffee.
"So," Anti replies, now in a flash right next to Jack. "How was your dream last night, hm?" Jack stops in mid-sip and lowly turns his head to Anti. He glares a bit longer before flipping the middle finger at him. "Mm, I'm sure ya liked it, lad." Jack rolls his eyes and looks at me. I give him that facial expression that reads, Yea, been there done that, buddy. I give him an eye roll and nod my head to Dark.
"So," Dark says. "Are ya talking about us?" I growl and Jack grunts.
"No," I spit out harshly, the word flying from my mouth before I even intended on saying it. "We were just having a lovely conversation about the weather." Dark gives me a smile, he's obviously satisfied about something. "I hate you," I growl, my teeth clenched tightly.
"As to you too, buddy," he replies like I was complementing him on his his hair or something. I take a sip from my coffee, now noticing my hand shaking. I set down my cup and casually put my hand in my lap. Nobody noticed, so I just went along like nothing happened. I have no idea as to what just came over me, but I'm feel really off today. Anyway, I ignore that fact and just snap a picture of Dark and post that on Insta and Twitter. "Look at this doof. It's Darkiplier." I type with the picture before posting it. I get likes and comments almost a minute after I post them. I smile to some funny ones saying things like, "oh no! Dark has taken over! I'll save you, Mark!" or "Sup, Dark! You're awesome!". I love my fans. They give me so much support.
"Dark," I reply, seeing the pure joy on his face. "Your happiness is truly scaring me. Usually when you're happy, it's not for a good reason. And that not good reason usually involves the pain and misery of me."
"Well," Dark replies. "Is it? I dunno, it could or it couldn't involve you. That's something for you to find out, and for me to know." I glare at him and he gives me that goofy smile and I just roll my eyes, taking a sip from my coffee. Anti and Dark keep on at giving each other looks of anticipation. Jack and I keep on giving each other looks of worry and curiosity at seeing the two demons so delighted. I finish up my coffee in one big sip and get up to put the mug in the sink, adding some water so it doesn't stick. I open the fridge and see that I need to go grocery shopping. I need bread, eggs, and milk. Simple list, right? I call it out so they'll know that I didn't disappear or something. I grab my keys, slip on some shoes, put on a shirt and run my fingers through my hair before heading out. Oh! Almost forgot my wallet! I get in the car and see my face all oily and wipe it then best I can with my shirt. I wear shorts to go to sleep, and they aren't the best, but they're casual, better than some people I've seen in stores nowadays.
Oh, maybe Jack needs or wants something from the store," I mumble to myself, just now thinking about this. "I should've asked before. I'll just te-" I cut myself short when I realized that I left my phone back at home. "I guess it'll just wait then." I sigh, running my fingers through my hair and pushing my glasses up the bridge of my nose. Ok then, I need to wake up. I go and get the right bread, grab a carton of eggs, and get some milk. I stub my toe on my own fucking shopping cart, which pisses me off just because it hurts. I curse under my breath, not wanting to yell out the word "fuck" where little kids can be.
"Fuck God dammit," I mutter to myself, just continuing on walking while the pain slowly subsides. I pay for my things and put them in the car and head home. I drive home. It's so weird seeing the streets so empty. Empty except for a fucking buck that actually hits my car. I slam the brakes, hitting the buck good enough to probably break his shoulder. "Dammit!" I do what any other dumbass like me would do: I get out of the car and slowly and cautiously approach the buck. The buck is laying on its side, staring at me with a big black pupil. I gently set my hand down on its side to let it know that I mean no harm. I mutter softly to the buck as I slowly pick him up. I'm surprised I can even pick the thing up, it's got to way about as much as me, or more. I heave it to the side of the road and check on its shoulder. It's not as bad as I thought, but it's enough to make a bump and give him a limp.
"Dammit, I'm sorry." The buck snorts loudly and looks up at me. I back away a bit, not sure what the buck is gonna do. It then slowly gets up and seems to nod it's head to me, prancing off afterwards. I just stand there, my mouth hanging open. I then get my senses together and hope in the car, driving off, wanting to get home quickly. I'm gonna pretend that that didn't happen. I get back and surprisingly enough: everything is normal for once. Jack, Dark, and Anti are just sitting on the couch watching some tv.
"Sup," Jack says when I walk in. "No problems? Ya didn't run into vampires or warlocks or any bullshit like that?"
"Nope," I reply. "It was actually normal for once. I just went in and got the supplies I needed, got in the car and on the way home f-..." I cut myself off and trail off. "Found out that my head doesn't hurt as much as it used to. I think it's really healing." It wasn't the most convincing coverup, but Jack didn't ask any questions about it either. I know Dark doesn't need to ask questions because he could just look through my memory and send that little thing to Anti or whatever it is they hell they can do. I put the keys down and stuff my phone in my pocket. I sit on the couch, I feel off. I have a headache and my mouth is sore, my teeth to be more specific. Jack looks like he's feeling the same too, because he isn't talking and he has his head in his hands. He then gets up, spitting in the trash can. He then walks up stairs heading to his room. Anti and Dark don't really pay attention, but I looked after Jack as he walked up the stairs. Suddenly, out of nowhere, gnashing teeth and blood flash before my eyes.
"Holy shit!" I say, the words bursting from my mouth. "God dammit." I put my head in my hands. Dark and Anti pay attention this time.
"What the hell was that?" Dark asks me, his eyebrows raised. I shake my head.
"Nothing," I reply, now getting a throbbing headache. "Dammit, I just need to get some fresh air." And with that, I walk out of the door. I go down the unusually empty streets. Remembering my phone, I grab it and text Jack.Mark: hey, you doing alright?
Jack: yeah, just not feeling my best today. What about you?
Mark: could be better
Jack: yeah, I just have a headache and I'm just out of whack. I can't even explain how I feel right now. Where ya at?
Mark: I'm just out for a walk right now. I needed some air.
Jack: oh, ok. Don't get caught by vampires or some bullshit like that.😉
Mark: nah, I'll get caught by fairies😋
Jack: 😆I smile, leaving the conversation like that and stuffing my phone in my back pocket. Well, on the bright side of things, my mood lightened up. I continue walking, now seeming to notice the warm sun and the light breeze. But then again, the streets are unusually empty. I walk for a bit and turn around and head back. This is all I needed, just to walk out and get some sunshine.
I get home and open the door, as soon as I close the door, pitch black darkness consumes me. I can't see a damn thing. I grab my phone and turn on the flashlight, which is so damn bright that there doesn't seem to be a difference between it and the sun. Anyway, the place is fine, it isn't trashed.
"Jack?" I ask into the darkness. "Hey, is anyone here?" I look around the best I can, there is only so much ground my patch of light can cover at a time. I hear distant footsteps. Ugh, this greatly reminds me of FNAF 4 when I was playing the blind mode. Couldn't see a damn thing, the only thing I could do was listen to the steps and breaths of the demonic animatronics. I then feel a big deep and heavy breath on the top of my head. Meaning that whatever just breathed on me has to be way taller than me. I freeze, my breath catching in my throat. I stand still, even afraid to blink. I feel another breath on my head, blowing my hair around a bit. Instead of running away, I do what any other dumbass in a horror movie would do: I slowly turn around.
