Phantom's Revenge

"(Y/N)...." A hollow voice echoed

Why has he come to visit me just now? After the incident. Why was he not there to help me when I needed him?

The dark room with little light from the moon was silent for what seemed ten seconds. Those seconds felt like hours. I couldn't believe him. He gave his word to me that he would protect me.

Closing my eyes in disbelief, I could hear Phantom's footsteps grow closer to me

"Somethings wrong." He declared, knowing something bad had happened.

"Oh. Nothing's wrong. Everything is fine" I narrowed my eyes hoping he could see that I was angry

Phantom and I didn't say anything. I was waiting for him to respond, hoping to get an answer to why his presence was not there when I needed him

Slowly yet cautiously, I looked up at him and saw that he was getting annoyed by me acting sarcastic

"So you have no answer? At all?" Loosing my patience, I decided to speak up

He turned around, pacing

"I guess I have to explain to you why I am this way." I shifted uncomfortably on my bed. "Yesterday when you had left me here at my home, I had entered to greet my mother and father. Sure enough, Ryan was there speaking with them. My parents let me speak with Ryan alone and..." A warm tear ran down my cheek. "He harassed me. He hurt me." I paused for a few seconds, holding back a sob "I escaped from him and on my way out, running, I wasn't looking where I was going because of the stress and anxiety, that I tripped on the stairs outside that lead to the gate. After that, I woke up in this room and Ryan had walked in... He once again threatened me to keep my mouth shut or else he would hurt me even worse.. I defended  myself when he approached me. After that I told my mother that Ryan wasn't who she thought he was. He hurt her too. The guards came and took both of them to the medic." Sadness began to fill my eyes  "They said they were going to place Ryan in prison." I looked away from phantom

"I-" Phantom approached me slowly  "(Y/N).. I am terribly sorry...." He looked down then back at me with a frown

Suddenly the frown on his face disappeared.

"He did this to you?" He gently picked up my bruised arm

Gritting at the pain, I weakly nodded

Phantoms face was filled with anger. He wanted to kill Ryan. I could tell.

"Which prison is he in." Phantom narrowed his eyes and clenched his fists, growling the words

"The center. It's by a bar-" I was cut off by a now furious phantom

"I know the one you speak of" He looked at me with a dead serious expression

"What are you going to do to him?" I cautiously spoke, regretting asking him

I was afraid of what his response would be.

But instead, he just eyed me up and down and smirked mischievously

"Do rest. For tomorrow will be a" he paused and leaned in whispering in my ear "Long day"

His voice was husk and seductive. Hearing him whisper always got me.
I was curious for what he had ready for tomorrow.
