Hana would work in the restaurant everyday of the week. Hyun-woo actually gave her two days off, but she rejected it. She needed the money to pay off JB and also the room. Besides, without Snake bothering her, she had nothing else to do.
She's enjoying what she's doing. Also, she got to see her best friend JB again. Although, he's usually busy, he and his group would drop by at least once a week.
She got closer to Hyun-woo and Trisha, too, including their other friends who also frequent the restaurant.
It's been two weeks since she started working, but Hyun-woo is already impressed by her skills in the kitchen and her hard work.
"Hana," Trisha visited the restaurant one day, "you don't need to work tomorrow and the day after that."
"Huh?" Hana became nervous, thinking of reasons why she would fire her.
Trisha giggled at her expression. "We're just closing for two days. The boys would be getting a holiday for the first time in months and they plan on going on a trip."
"Oh. That's great."
"You should join us."
"Me? I..." Hana wasn't sure if she's just being polite or really wanted for her to join. "I don't know." She looked down at her feet, feeling shy.
"Why not? Do you have other plans?" Trisha pouted.
"Not like that. It's just that...they might not want me with them." When she said 'they', she meant the other boys...especially Bambam and Mark who sometimes openly show their resentment at her.
"I insist." JB came in the restaurant with the other boys following. "You should come."
Hana smiled and nodded, a little bit enthusiastically. Trisha laughed at her expression and the girl blushed.
"So, it's set then." Hyun-woo, who just finished preparing the boys' lunch, joined in the conversation.
Hana was so excited that night. She prepared the things she would be needing for the trip to Jeju tomorrow. She hasn't been there yet, and she's too pumped to go to sleep. Even if she slept late, she still opened her eyes at dawn.
She ran down to the restaurant to prepare the food that they would be taking to the trip in case they get hungry on the way.
Hyun-woo was surprised to see that she was already up and dressed when he got to the restaurant. "Someone's excited," he joked.
"It's my first time going there." She admitted.
"You'll love it." He assured.
Trisha and Mark came in at six and the boys a few minutes after with Sisie, Ann and Yu-jin just close behind them. They took two vans, with JB driving the other. He let her take the seat in front since she's the only girl in the van with them. The other four are in the van Mark's driving.
"It's gonna be a long ride," JB said.
"I'm fine with it," she smiled.
"I need you to stay awake for me, ok? I might feel sleepy if you sleep." JB chuckled.
"Sure."
At first, the boys at the back were very noisy. They sang and played games, Hana included. But after an hour, Hana could hear them snoring.
"How's work in the restaurant?" JB finally asked after a few minutes of just hearing the sleeping noises from the back.
"Great. I actually like it."
