Shadow sat vigil for the rest of the night and could only wonder one thing. Why wouldn't she stay as a demonic wolf I mean she definitely is a vengeful spirit. She went to the forest,caught a rabbit, and returned to the center of the clearing. She gnawed on the bones of the rabbit and was greeted by the sad Nightcloud. The dark wolf sat in front of Shadow and looked at her with many questions in her gaze. " is she returning?" Nightcloud asked softly. " no and there hasn't been a returning wolf in decades" Shadow sighed she herself was hoping Stormy would return.
She knew that demonic wolves were only about for a short period of time, until they did what they had to do. " Ash told me to contact the Rouges to see what is going on with the outclaws I mean they have been rather quiet." Nightcloud said somberly and walked away. Shadow watched her leave and went to find Ash. She didn't have to look hard because Ash was laying under the biggest tree in the territory. " Shadow I have to tell you something that you probably don't want to hear" Ash said with a sad expression. " my brother um he did this" ash said tilting this head to the side to reveal jagged letters carved into his neck

Shadow gasped at the knife carvings. " how did he do that?" Shadow asked frightened. " well he snuck up on me and bit me with some kind of poison on his teeth and when I woke up yeah that..." Ash said whimpering. Shadow had never seen Ash so forlorn. She then decided to go question Feral.
