Shadows vision went deep blood red in rage. Her fur rose along her spine. Her previous pain seemed to drain from her body. This was the last straw. Killing Stormy was awful but this- killing her own sister was morbid.
Shadow's usual howl grew into a roar and she flung herself full force at the white wolf. The two of them flew back many meters and Shadow smashed him down. "YOU KNEW THAT WASNT ME!" Shadowfear shrieked digging her sharp claws into his fur. Wolves and Outclaws started to gather around them.
" I felt like I should make you suffer before I killed you- you deserve it." Reedfury growled back lunging up and flipping them over crushing Shadowfear's skull to the ground. " This isn't how I wanted to debut my abilities but I will do it in Aurora's name!" Shadow's form darkned and the ground beneath her trembled.
Shadow roared again and Reedfury stepped back as Shadow rose to her full height on a cloud of dust.
" I'll let you in on a little secret Reedfury, I'm not just an werewolf, I'm a Shifter!" With that she charged from the darkness taking the form of a Black Lioness. Reedury yowled and tried to turn and run but Shadow was to fast. In seconds she had him crushed beneath her weight to the ground.
" Its over you wicked Silverphantom! You can't hurt anybody like you hurt me ever again" She hissed and without pause she lifted her talons and swiped them down taking Reedfury's head clean off. Cheers rose from the crowd and the lioness took two paces back and collapsed in a cloud of blackness.
Ash was the first to race to her. " Dear Moongoddess no!" He cried. The dark cloud dissipated and Shadow lay on the ground in her human form. Ash shifted and grasped her hand with his. Two deep red holes were in her neck. She slowly fluttered her eyes open. " it's over for all of you but not for me ever. " She sighed weakly. " No no it's over for us all he can't hurt you now my love!" Ash cried drawing closer to her.
" I guess I'll find out when I reach my final destination..." Her voice faded and her eyes grew still and dull. "No! Shadowfear no! Please stay with me. " Ash pleaded with tears in his eyes he knew she was gone but didn't want to believe it.
Star covered spirits surrounded them. Shadow's spirit rose and floated close to Ash she spoke in the faintest whisper. " don't worry my alpha I'll be back"
