Shadow ran to the nurse's den where she collided with the nurse. " Sorry Shadowfear do you need anything" the nurse said with a worried expression. " Where is Feral?" Shadow asked shifting her weight from one paw to the other. " your pet is right this way" said the nurse leading shadow into the den. My pet huh. Feral was laying in a cute dog bed chewing on a dog toy. " hey dude get over here follow me" shadow said looking at Feral then she turned and started walking back to Ash. She imediatly stopped when she heard angry voices. "Whats going-" Feral started but Shadow quickly silenced him.
Feral and Shadow crouched down in the bushes and crept forward listening to the heated conversation. "If I hadn't promised on our mothers deathbed that I wouldn't kill you, I most certainly would kill you" snarled Reedfury. " You just are just so fluent in the art of getting of topic aren't you" Ash growled sounding meaner than Shadow had ever heard. Feral whimprred in fear and it all went silent. There was a crackling sound in the bushes and in a second sharp teeth sunk into the scruff of Shadows neck. She was lifted off the ground and thrown to a tree with a sickening crack.
