"Morning, sista!"
Piper says after she spots me at my locker.

I smile and wave.

"Hey, girl. How was your brothers birthday party?"
I ask as she opens her locker.

"Ugh. It was so loud. All his five year old friends kept throwing food and grass at me"
I chuckle and shake my head.

"Did you talk to Kyle yesterday?"
She asks.

I sigh and shake my head.

"I've tried my best to not talk to him. It's been one entire week and he hasn't tried talking to me."
I say honestly.

She sighs and shuts her locker.

"I hope you guys are okay.
But we can't let Kessica keep him on the evil side."
I let out a none humorous laugh and close my eyes.

"Yeah I know."

"Let's go, Bell."
She says.

I link my arms with her and we walk out of our school.

We sit on the bench on the property as we wait for her mother, Chrissy.

I see someone walk out of the school...

Heck no!

Piper looks at him and nudges my arm.
I look up and see none other then Kyle.

He looks guilty.

Good.

Piper glares at him and I don't even look at him. I just stare at the ground.

"Uh.. Hey Norabella"
He says.

"Yeah hi."
I say sharply.

He still doesn't know I know what he said.

"Can I talk to you?"
He asks.

I look at Piper and she nods her head like 15 times.

I sigh but stand up. And I follow him over to the large maple tree.

"Why're you so mad at me?"
He asks.
He looks sad.

But I'm not falling for his guilt trip.

"Aren't you happy I'm not talking to you? Since I'm such an 'Over reactor' and all."
His eyes widen.

"What did you just say?"
Kyle confusedly asks.

I roll my eyes a laugh.

"Don't even pretend like you don't know what I'm talking about.
You said to Kessica that we're only friends because you feel bad for me!"
I say loudly.
He jumps back at my sudden burst of anger.

"I didn't mean it I swear. I'm so sorry."

I roll my eyes.

"Just stop. I don't need a pity friend."
I say before stomping back over to Piper.

I feel my eyes water and I sit down.

She looks at me for a brief second, but the. Stands up and jogs over to Kyle.

I try and hear what they're saying, but I can barely hear her.

I'm so angry.
