Terror was coursing through my veins. Tears scorched their way down my currently pale cheeks. In the distance I could see a set of two dim yellow lights.  Goosebumps rose upon my shaking arms. My hair was being pulled little by little from its loose pony tail from the wild wind.

As I shook violently on the side of the road the faces of the people I love flashed before my terror shone eyes. I would never see my family or friends again. Running would be pointless they would only find me.

The vehical came to a hault. A car doors slammed. Five dark figured started to approach me. Beads of sweat dripped down my forhead. My jaw was clenched so tight it hurt, I didn't dare scream but t was getting hard not to. As they stepped closer to me there eyes appeared red.

.................

I woke up gasping for air. I pulled my now sticky sheets off of my self and sat up pulling my knees to my chest. That dream was horrifying. Sometimes my imagination truley scares me. The faces that flew through my head in the dream I had never seen them before. Maybe they were just simply people my brain came up with of people i have seen in a store or something over the years.

Glancing over at my clock on the wall the time was 4:15 AM. My alarm clock was set to go off in fourty five minutes. Today was going to hopefully be a good day. I am going to meet my family and ride a plane and travel for the first time ever.

Today is the last day i'll be black and purple. Today is the last day i'll have this low of a self esteem. Today is the day everything changes. I won't ever be the same girl again but I don't know that yet.
