“Congratulations! It’s a girl!” The doctor proclaimed.
“Thank You! Doc! “
“Look! Leila!” a man said in a hush voice “Our Daughter “
A woman smiled she stretched her hands. The man handed her the baby “She looks like an angel! Wasn’t she Conrad?”
“Yeah! She is!” Conrad replied.
They smiled at the bundle of joy in their arms when they noticed something at their daughters shoulder……
“What’s that? A birthmark!” Conrad asked her wife while looking at her daughter’s right arm.
“Yeah! But not just a birthmark, it was a shaped likes a star. Don’t you think?!” Leila answered.
“A small star!” Conrad replied “but I think it’s incomplete!”He declared and began on analyzing like a detective.
“How can you say so?” Leila questioned.
Conrad took a look more closer and curiously examined each side of her daughters right arm “ If you look at it closer there’s something odd about it ! “
“My daughter is not part of your collections Mr. Archeologists” Leila proclaimed grumpily taking the baby out of his husbands reach.
“I’m just joking! It’s just that I’ve already seen that same pattern somewhere but I can’t remember!“ Conrad still thinking curiously while holding his chin.
“Then stop thinking about it! You look like a lunatic, when you’re not!” Leila spoke frowning.
Conrad detect her wife frowning stopped thinking “ Okay! Okay! Don’t be angry!”He reassured. When a nurse came in with bundle of papers “Mr. Weller can you fill out this papers?” a nurse asked.
Conrad immediately answered “Okay! “And took the papers since this opportunity can change their topic.
“Have the two of you decided a name for her?” the nurse questioned.
The couple looked at each other. Conrad asked her wife “Hun! What would like to name her?”
“Michelle!” Leila answered while holding and caressing her baby dearly.
“Why?” Conrad asked out of his curiosity. (Again)
“Cause, its sounds like an angel!” Leila answered happily.
Conrad nodded his head “Michelle Weller it is!” he filled out the papers and gave it to the nurse.
“Thank you! The doctor said you can go out after two days!” the nurse told them and takes her leave.
“Thanks!” Conrad told her.
