You think I'm pretty, without any make up on;
You think I'm funny, when I get the punch line wrong;
I know you get me, so I let my walls get down, da-a-a-own;
Let's go all the way tonight;
No regrets, just love.

Yeah, I know it's not some of the latest songs, but I don't know I have a stupid love for this song.

I realize we reached school when my dad starts shaking me.

Blinking, I say my adieu and leave the car.

Stuffing my phone in my bag I didn't realize I could possibly crash into someone, but I'm saved.

"Elizabeth! Learn to see where you're going." Ariana scolds me like she does every time.

Oh, Ariana Scott, my best friend since I joined this school.

I don't even know why she puts up with my clumsy, oblivious self.

"Oops. I'm sorry." I smile sheepishly, flashing my teeth may I add, and looked at her.

She simply groaned at this and walked towards her locker.

"Okay. Don't be pissed, I'll be careful next time!" I exclaim, trying to catch up with her and put my really precious thing in my bag's safe pocket at the same time.

"That sentence has become old, Elizabeth."

Ouch.

She never calls me Elizabeth.

I look down at my shoes like a child being scold. And let me tell you, this works with her.

I've been in this school for three weeks, this being my fourth, and I've known her enough to last me a long time.

She does get weird sometimes, but I don't know exactly what makes her uncomfortable.

She'll tell me when she wants to.

Ariana is a gorgeous, model looking girl, with absolutely beautiful beach blond hair, blue eyes and a stunning body.

My hair remains in a pony most of the time in school, because that's the most convenient hairstyle for the not-so-morning person like me. The same way, her hair remains mostly in a side braid or at times a pony.

She has her hair cascading down just above the small of her back while mine are a bit longer and cascade down to my back, or waist, whatever you'd say.

"Ugh. Why do I even put up with you?" She pushes her stray hair away from her face and exhales.

I look up with a small smile, knowing this mother like behavior will soon disappear and I have yet again succeeded.

Let me tell the locker arrangements. There are up and down lockers in this school and mine is, fortunately, the upper one and Ariana's locker is two lockers after mine.

Below my locker is the locker of a nerd, who is actually cute with his glasses and a tall built and all the shoulder broadness. He isn't the muscular type boy, rather he's thin and that makes him look cute.

And let me tell you, he has the lightest of light brown hair. I was mesmerized when I saw that shade of brown for the first time.

I quickly take my books for my first class, Math with Ariana, because I see him coming. I don't like it when I'm standing and he has to bend beside my legs. I feel like I make him feel bad. So every time I try to quickly go or wait for him to leave.

I rush towards Ariana as she knows too that when he comes I come towards her to give him his space.

By the way, the nerd's name is Landon.
