One Human

Prologue

The night had fallen at the Shire and all the hobbits where guietly in their homes, some where sleeping, others where eating dinner and some others where just enjoying the peace and the coolnes of night. But in a house over a hill where a small hobbit lived ,there was no peace and the dinner which the little lad had started,  had turned into a feast in which he was no part of. How you ask? The answer is one word. Dawrves.Yes Dawrves, twelve of them to be excact. They were all feasting along with a wizard driving our dear fellow ,Bilbo Baggins our hobbit insane. What none of them but the wizard knew was that except from the leader of the company who Bilbo did not know, the dawrves were waiting an other one would turn up.

Until then let us see who is in this company. The wizard's name is Gandalf the Grey , who is known all across Middle Earth. Then there are two brothers Fili and Kili decents of the line of Durin . Next are Balin and Dwalin also brothers. Then an other couple of brothers Oin and Gloin. For one more time we have the brothers Bofur and Bombur who are here with their cousin Bifur. Last are three brothers Dori,Nori and the youngest of them all Ori.

The dawrves had just finished cleaning up while dancing ,singing and throwing the dishes around the house, almost giving a heart attack to Master Baggins, when three loud knocks where heard from the front door " He is here" said Gandalf and went to open the door. There was standing broud the great leader of the dawrves Thorin Oakenshield. Before Gandalf closed the door he looked around as if searching for someone.

Not far away from the house was hiden in the shadows a figure.
The other person who we mentioned before. The dawrf king was there along with his subjects , the wizard and the hobbit. It was time for the mystery person to step into the light.

Everyone was sitting quietly around the table allowing the newcomer to eat in piece. Three knocks were heard again but those were loghter than Thorin's. Gandalf stood up and for once again went to open the door. The others curious eyes followed him but non stood.

At the door stood a hooded femine figure.

The person removed her hood and nodded at her friend. He led her where everyone was without speaking a word. When she entered the room the dawrfs were sitted, the first thing everyone noticed were her eyes and then her face in general. She was at an average height for a woman 170cm.

What truly gained the dawrves curiousity was her attire and specifically her left hand which had a glove with claws on it which rested upon a black sword.Y

Finaly the dawrven king spoke the question everyone wanted answered "Who is this?"

"Her name is Selina she will be accompanying as to our journey. She is an excellent tracker and knows well the parts we will be travelling through " answered the wizard while walking to sit back down to his sit with Selina following him. Thorin scofed and asked "Does she even know how to use that sword?" "Yes she does" answered Selina with a strong voice before Gandalf could. The dawrf turned his attention fully on her and spoke again "I don't believe it was you ,who I asked" "I know. But I simple don't like other people talking for my behalf". While she talked her features remained the same , nobody could know if she was angered, alike Thorin who seemed to be getting angrier with every word. Then a staring contest started between the two

Seeing how tensed things were, Bilbo walked a little forward and asked the beautiful woman "You must be hungry whould you like anything to eat?"she didn't break eye contact with Thorin but answered "That would be great thank you".

Finaly Bilbo brought her a plate of anything he could find in the kitchen since the dawrves had eaten almost everything. Selina took the plate and after thanking Bilbo and got out of the room to eat somewhere else.

When she was out of the room Gandalf turned to Thorin and with an angered voice he said "What were you thinking talking to her like that" "She is not welcomed w..."He went to say but was cut short by the wizard "She will be even if you do not agree. She knows the parts we will be traveling like the back of her hand. I have complete trust on her" The dawrf scoffed and returned to his food.
