Fearless 9 [We Can't Worry About It Now!]
"No matter how many times people criticise you, the best revenge is to prove them wrong."

Recap: none.

A few hours after the party:
In a short amount of time, Ariana became quite friendly with Zayn and Liam.
She began to understand all the information on vampires and stuff about Yhala. Although still learning, it was becoming clearer.
The group of five sat around the round dining table. Liam had made dinner for each person and they ate it early.
Abby and Jessie were not going hunting tonight and were being babysat and fed then. They were upstairs now, watching television or something.
"Am I coming with you tonight?" Aria mumbled as she forked some peas into her mouth.
"You have to, love." Liam answered, taking a sip of his drink.
'Why do I have to go and watch heaps of vampires suck the lives out of people?'
"Don't put it that way." Harry said sternly. Ariana blushed. She had forgotten about Harry's ability to read minds. That reminded her; she was yet to learn about Zayn and Liam's special ability.
"Zayn, Liam, what are your vampire abilities?" She asked excitedly.
Zayn swallowed a mouthful of chicken and nodded.
"I can see the past and future." He said.
Liam didn't seem as enthusiastic. "I don't have one." He mumbled.
Ariana gasped and then blushed. She looked at Harry who was looking at the table.
"Harry, cheer up buddy." Louis chirped, stuffing his face with mash potato. "Don't worry be happy!" He added, stupidly.
"Let's just go." Harry growled, standing up and taking his plate to the kitchen.
"We can't!" Liam exclaimed from the other room. "Hilda isn't here yet!"
"Neither is Topaz!" Zayn screamed.
Topaz was Zayn's girlfriend. She was nineteen as well. She was named because of her eyes. They were a hypnotising yellow. That's what Topaz said anyway. Zayn still didn't get it. He believed Topaz's were orange.
Harry huffed and trudged back into the room. The four people looked up at the angry figure. His heavy breathing and the faint noise of a television was the only thing that could be heard.
"The girls," Louis whispered. "I can't hear them anymore."
Everyone stared at each other's panic stricken faces. A loud screeching noise filled the room as they backed their chairs up and marched upstairs.
Liam led them into Niall's old room where Abby and Jessie supposedly were. A cold air filled the room, but it wasn't Louis. It was an open window. The curtain flapped around wildly.
"Yhala and Niall: they've taken them." Zayn said as he peered over the window into the moonlit darkness.
"We can't worry about it now. We have to leave. None of us have eaten for three days. We'll black out!" Liam spoke up and headed back towards the door.
"Niall hasn't been hunting either. The chances are, he's going to top up tonight." Louis said smartly.
Harry rolled his eyes. The stress of the previous days were getting to his head. Instead of locking his up anger, he was releasing it slowly.
"Let's just get some food, and worry about it in the morning." Harry growled, already trudging down the creaky stairs.
Liam glimpsed at Louis, Zayn and Ariana who were staring back at him. He sighed and gave in. "Let's go."
Zayn and Louis waltzed downstairs but Ariana grasped Liam's sleeve and pulled him closer.
"Liam, I can't go! I'm to scared. Besides, I'm not going to be able to keep awake all night."
Liam didn't want to force Aria to come but he had no option. "If you like, we can ask Zayn about it. He can predict whether you'll fall asleep or not."
This answer didn't satisfy Ariana at all. It still wasn't a straight no or yes. Though she did know Liam probably couldn't answer accurately.
"But for now, the answer's yes." Liam said, leaving the room.
Ariana shut the large window and quickly followed Liam downstairs. Zayn was pulling on a leather jacket and Louis was wrapping a scarf around his neck. Harry leant against the wall, phone in hand.
"Zayn, Ariana wants to know, will she fall asleep at the hunt?"
<Just say no, mate. I'll explain later.>
"No. You stay pretty awake."
Zayn said after a while.
Harry led the group outside and to Ariana's surprise, marched straight past the car. "Get on my back." Harry growled.
Ariana hesitated. "Aria, hop on my back love. We're going to go fast and if I give you a piggyback you don't have to run your brains out."
Ariana looked at Harry who's eyes had flames dancing in them. She decided Louis' option was better and she leapt onto his back.
He smiled and began to race after Liam who was ahead of him already.
