i feel like this is v v v v true and i had a talk with my friend in class about this.
so if you're upset or something, feeling down or some shit, just follow these lil rules my friend and i come up with.
1. Always find someone. Easy. Not to important.
2. Always smile, laugh, and act happy.
So adding onto that ^^
If you WANT to be in a good mood, fake it for as long as you can until you become it.
So fake it until you make it.
Idk i always feel like im too happy, and i really think the reason why is because of this.
I'm general a very cheerful and playful person, and i NEVER let one thing ruin my mood. thats how, its usually fake but sooner or later, it works and i truly feel happy.
