Chapter 23

I was having one of the best sleeps a person could have till it was interrupted. "If you don't put me down I will kick you where the sun never shines." I woke up to realize that I was being carried by someone. Who that someone might be? Alexander of course.

"I was just carrying you because you wouldn't wake up." Thankfully the sun is just now going down. Alexander puts me down slowly letting me stand, but his hands stay on my waist.

"I can walk by myself." He goes to grab my hand only for someone else to grab my hands.

"Isn't this awesome." Rose screams.

"It's epic." The twins say at the same time.

The house, or should I say beach house, has all glass windows, but we can't see through them from the outside. The frame is made of light brown wood in a modern way. It sits on a little island surrounded by sand with palm trees spaced out randomly. The boat dock looks as if it could dock five boats at one time.

This place is a dream. "I can't believe we're here for an entire week," Leo says.

I can't believe I am here at all. "Come on, let's go inside." Rose pulls me behind her as she runs inside as everyone laughs at her excitement. After following Rose around the house looking at everything we take a seat on the couch so I can try to catch my breath. Apparently the beach house was just built not tOo long ago. Everything in the house is brand new including the outside shower to wash off when coming from the beach. Not to mention the kitchen, and the bathrooms. They look like a five star resort.

"Arabella, Arabella!" Libby runs over to me jumping up and down excited.

"Yeah?" I ask as she climbs up on the couch next to me.

"Look what I found." Before I can even grab it Rose takes it.

Her eyes widen as her mouth drops. "No they didn't." I try to reach for it but she keeps leaning away from me. I want to see what she's reading. All I can see is the back of the magazine is the two bottles of floating lotion in water. When in reality no lotion bottle, looks that good floating on water. "Look at this!" Rose yells showing me the cover. "Look who landed on the cover." It's me on the cover.

The picture of me and Alexander. The one where he kissed me on the lips in the photoshoot. The title of the page says 'New Princess?' Flipping to page twenty eight I read the page very slow. It's a full two page spread with pictures of me with the king, the queen, Libby, my parents, Rose, the twins and of course Alexander.

This one paragraph I read over and over, Arabella was seen dancing with the prince and King, then had taken pictures for the royals kids and friends Christmas card so are they dating or not survey is split. The biggest controversy is the picture of the pair kissing. There's been speculation that the two had something blossoming. If you've been under a rock lately you wouldn't know that the royal family put an order out for the Prince now ex-girlfriend, is not allowed to be around Arabella. We can all guess from that, that the two are no longer together. Now all the Royal youngsters are gone on their annual New Year's trip. Accept this time Arabella and her sister have followed. "Well look what the cat dragged in." Jack snatches the magazine from my hands and passes it along to the other boys after he's done reading it. "I've got to say they work fast. Now I just have one rule while we're on this trip." Do I want to know what his rule could be?
