Ok to explain this guys first I will have to reference an outside source to show how powerful Jetstream Sam's muramasa from Metal Gear rising Revengeance.
The Death battle between Raiden and Wolverine(yes from X MEN) by the group known as Death Battle. Raiden uses the muramasa that he inherited from killing Jetstream Sam. He wears down the adamantium skeleton of wolverine over a period of time and that Wolverine seemed to keep healing in reality this High Frequency Blade was making the adamantium melt inside wolverine because it can slash through metal at a molecular level.
He ends up decapitating Wolverine and before I get any hate that there is no way this could have happened go watch the death battle the research it more than you would believe.

Ok now to prove how Adam's is about that powerful. When we watch in the Black Trailer when he absorbs the attack of the giant mech then turned it against it. We assumed was his semblance wrong. This is ability Wilt and Blush has. Now I will give you a interesting theory in this one on that.
Wilt and Blush can detect how much stress Adam is in and how much it threatens his life since he would have easily killed all those Robots in Black Trailer if he could use it whenever. So this Blade could take down thousands of Hunters and Huntresses if they gave Adam any life threatening danger.
Also to give you a not so speculative thought on the weapon to prove it. Everyone knows that Adam slashed through Yang's hand while her semblance was active this is the same semblance that took the hit from a mech that the people of Death Battle proved had the force of 1400 tons of force.
