Arriving at the airport the attendant handed him a package.

Enjoy your trip whilst you still have her, he read as he looked at the note.
Crumbling the paper he turned to the flight attendant.

"Who gave you this?
"A messenger sir," she responded.
"Whats the matter?" Mel asked.
"Nothing to worry yourself over love," he said kissing her temple.

After using the bathroom she found Linc sitting on the bed as preparations for their departure were underway.
His gaze followed her as she went to stand in front of the full length mirror frowning at her body as she turned sideways placing her hands over her tummy.
He noticed she had been doing that a lot lately, touching and rubbing her belly.
"So darling there is something I have been meaning to tell you," Mel said looking a bit nervous as she turned to face him before slowly making her way towards him. He pulled her down onto his lap wrapping his arms around her as he took a deep breath taking in her scent.
"What's the matter love?" He said gently.

She took his hand and started drawing patterns on his palm absentmindedly as he watched her not wanting to push her.
"Remember that basketball team you were talking about the other day?" She said feeling him go rigid as she continued playing with his hand.
"Mel," he whispered turning her face towards him.
She simply nodded her head yes answering his unspoken question seeing a smile form on his face as he slowly took her lips with his.
We will be leaving in five minutes. Cabin crew please be advised. The pilot announced as Linc growled pulling away from her reluctantly as she sighed.
"Thank you for yet another gift," he whispered.
"Thank me after I have gone through labor," she chuckled seeing him become pale at the thought of what happened last time with the twins. "Come on let's go before Cas starts looking for us," she whispered.

Settling in their seats they waited for Cas to show up and take his.
"Oh come on guys. Get a room," Cas said settling into his seat as they pulled apart sharing a silent conversation.
Linc had a smile throughout the flight before he realized he was going to have to forego his morning coffee because Mel hated the smell. He would give up the beverage just for her.

Lincoln's POV

Staring at my laptop as I pondered over how best I could protect my family especially my now pregnant wife.
I was going to make sure nothing and no one touched her or my family. They were after all my main priority. Once we arrived in England I knew I was in trouble as Mel started talking about making a stop in Paris.

"Linc," I heard her call me snapping me out of my thoughts.
Turning to look at her as she closed her novel giving me a questioning look as  I turned back to my screen closing the documents I had been looking over.

"Penny for your thoughts," she asked.
"I was thinking of what to get everyone back home. Just to lighten the mood," I said closing my laptop.
"That sounds like a great idea. We can always go out tomorrow," she said with a smile.
Shopping with Mel was always an adventure though tedious or should I say tiresome, I thought to myself as I let out a chuckle. It was unbelievable how much energy she she would still have when I started complaining to her, yes I complained.

"If we must," I sighed as she looked at me with a shocked expression.
"What do you mean by 'if we must'?" She said straddling my lap.
"Well shopping with you isn't really an experience I would like to endure again," I said trying my best to keep a straight face.
"Is that so," she said before she started to tickle me.
She had the upper hand but soon I was the one attacking her as tears pooled in her eyes. Once satisfied I kissed her senseless before whispering, "We will go shopping tomorrow love."
She gave me a smile that spoke volumes.
Pulling her close we fell asleep after a day of travelling.
