Hermione's POV:
"Do you, Hermione Jean Granger, take Draco Lucius Malfoy to be your lawfully wedded husband, for richer or for poorer, for better or for worse?"
I smiled. "I do."
"And do you, Draco Lucius Malfoy, take Hermione Jean Granger to be your lawfully wedded wife, for richer or for poorer, for better or for worse?"
"I do."
"You may now kiss the bride!"
"Okay hold up," Astoria stood. "That is not at all how a wedding reception goes! Ron, you're not saying the right things!"
"Well excuse me!" Ron exclaimed from in between Draco and I. "I'm not the real officiant here! This is just a practice wedding!"
"Okay, well you're supposed to get them to read out their vows to each other!" Astoria threw her hands up in the air. "Obviously!" She turned to Draco and I. "Practice your vows."
"What the hell," Draco squinted. "We don't have vows! We're not the ones getting married here!"
"Yeah," I nodded. "Why don't you and Blaise practice your vows seeing as, y'know, you guys are the ones getting married."
"Yeah," Harry, who was sitting on one of the many chairs frowned at Astoria. "Why exactly are you making Hermione and Draco do the practice wedding?"
"I can't see Blaise before the wedding!" Astoria cried. "It's bad luck!"
"Should I go then?"
Astoria whipped around and saw Blaise standing before her. She let out a shriek and sprinted away.
"Okay." Blaise nodded.
"You're marrying a psychopath," Draco's eyebrows raised at Blaise. "Just so you know."
Blaise shrugged and smiled. "A hot one though!"
He walked to where Draco and I were standing, on the tiny white stage, and looked ahead. Everything was already set up and the wedding was tomorrow. There was a large arch just above where we were standing, and a long white carpet leading to our spot on the stage, which would soon be covered in flower petals from Astoria's little cousin tomorrow during the wedding. The chairs were draped with white-looking bedsheets, and lights were hung from the trees nearby - Astoria and Ginny insisted on making it an outdoor wedding, so an outdoor wedding in Draco's ginormous garden it was!
"So where are you guys going for your honeymoon?" I turned to Blaise.
His eyebrows shot up. "Are we the ones supposed to plan that?"
"Uh, yes?"
"I thought it was a gift from the wedding guests! Well shit. I don't know! We haven't talked to each other since I proposed in June! It's literally the end of August and Astoria refuses to even look at me."
