Erin Lindsay: Time stops

Storm Arises

"Hello?

"Hey Hank its Jay"

"How can I help you and Erin today?"

Jay chose his next words carefully" Erin really sick this morning. She had pills that unfortunately made her sicker, so can we have the day or a couple hours?"

"Yes. Tell Erin to get some rest"

And with that Jay and Hank hung up their phones. "He said for you to get some rest."

"Hey Jay, will you go to the store and get me some ginger ale? I feel like it will help"

He grabbed his keys and nodded. Jay gave me a kiss lastly and then left. Shortly after he left, I heard a knocking on the door. I frowned slightly because I wasn't expecting anybody, especially since Jay was not due back for half an hour. I shrugged and opened the door anyway. Immediately I was met with a blow to the head. Shockingly it didn't knock me out, only making me extremely dizzy.

What happened next was horrifying. He shoved me onto the ground and got down on top of me. Then my worst fear happened. He began to rape me. Even worse he filmed it. "Say hi to all your police friends. They will be getting this email"

I started to sob. "Please no! Stop"

Meanwhile Hank had just gotten the email. He frowned because it was an unknown sender. When he opened it he nearly lost it. "Someone get Halstead on the phone and everyone else get in here"

"Whats wrong Sarge?" Ruzek asked

He showed them the video. It was of me. And the masked guy raping me. "Say cheese and smile for your friends. You'll most likely be dead by the time they get here. Ill be gone too. So lets get started. And with that he began to force his way inside me. With each time I screamed, he stabbed me. "Wait please. Just one thing. I'm pregnant. Please just don't hurt my baby" I cried.

Back at the station, Jay had arrived and was just as scared and mortified when he saw what was happening with Erin. They didn't know where she was though, because her attacker had put up wallpaper to disguise the room. And then they heard those words come out of her mouth on the video and audio feed. "Wait please! I'm pregnant, Please don't hurt my baby."

There was a moment of silence between Hank and Jay after that was said. "Halstead is this your baby?" He finally asked.

Jay nodded guiltily."Yes sir"

Hank sighed. "Only a matter of time" He said to himself.

"Guys I think I got something. I pinged Erin's phone and he tried to reroute it but failed.She is being raped in her apartment!" Mouse said

"Please stop!" I kept screaming but he only forced it harder.

"You are gonna get it Erin! I want you to feel pain!" He said slapping and cutting me on the arm with his pocket knife.

I sobbed until I blacked out because of the blood loss. About 5 minutes later he slid off me and jumped out the window.

"Okay Everyone lets go!. Lets go save Erin!" Jay said as they got in the car.

They pulled up to the building 10 minutes later. With that Jay and Voight ran up to my unit.I had regained consciousness. Jay found me bleeding and crying on the ground. "Guys I got her!, She's conscious too!"
